Great product Great product, well made. I highly suggest paying the extra cost to be able to see the product through the different stages. Excellent communication. Be aware that photos may not show the true colours to the manufacturer, so it is good to be able to accept/decline the product along the way to get it exactly how you like it. Postage was no problem with a good tracking guide.

Received my bobble head after having to… Received my bobble head after having to pay hidden costs. Thoroughly disappointed, no likeness whatsoever to photo given. Wrote review and was contacted by Tom who promised me he would rectify this and get his best sculptor on it!! Outcome was fit only for the bin!! How do these people get away with this! Not a cheap purchase and so upsetting as was a graduation gift for my daughter. Money is tight for most at the moment so shame on this company for freely wasting mine. Would love to be able to show the picture of it!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM 4-6 weeks turnaround they tell people... I ordered mine 2nd Nov, it arrived in Feb! And the quality was terrible! The communication was awful, they would take weeks, at one stage a month, to reply to your requested changes (figures looked nothing like pictures). Photos on proofing were from far away and in bad lighting, so couldnt see the fine details, when it FINALLY arrived the painting was bad, some spots actually not painted!

Absolutely shocking service and quality… Absolutely shocking service and quality of doll. Costs doubled after adding the 'optional costs' which were not optional whatso ever (eg. Sculpting fee). Have been having troubles with them for about 6 months now but cant get a refund. I was told my dolls would arrive 2 months ago.. still nothing. Stay away from this company

STAY AWAY I echo the previous reviews made on this website. This company love to charge you through the nose for absolutely nothing I paid a premium for the right for unlimited proofing of the doll they were making, which was supposed to be an anniversary present. I accepted the clay mould, but the painted product was awful. The eyebrows were uneven, the facial colour was unrealistic and pasty, so I asked them to rework it. They wanted to charge me $60 to do this. Cut a long story short, they whacked on some glasses and changed nothing else that I had complained about, so I demanded a refund. They flatly refused. Your consumer rights mean nothing here, STAY AWAY!
