Terrible Terrible. I just received the item and it looks nothing like the person or the pictures I supplied. I intended to give this as a present but now it will only go to the bin. I gave the supplier 7 opportunities to fix this. They apparently have these produced in China and they clearly did not understand English because they kept ignoring my requests. I clearly told them that the person had brown skin and repeatedly asked them to make it darker. I provided multiple additional pictures too. I even emailed them directly and said the same thing but each time they posted a new proof it was still white. The item has a completely white face and body. I am wondering if perhaps the only cater to white people at this point. In the end I had to give up. This is not the product or the quality that was advertised. To add insult to injury I also had to pay an additional $50 USD ($73 AUD) for the item and shipping costs.

Over-priced, unprofessional, worhtless So got a deal on scoopon to get 2 custom pet bobbles. Supplied photos and got the proofing back for the sculpt which didn't look too bad, though was also hard to tell from just a grey clay base. Once it was moulded and coloured it became obvious it wasn't crafted with any care in mind and nothing even resembling a professional product. We immediately requested a refund which took an entire month of bickering and still had the gall of taking keeping $138 USD for their 'efforts'. I would post photos here but don't think there is an option.

I payed a huge sum for special requests… I payed a huge sum for special requests and unlimited proofs. They didn’t put the Name on the base that I asked and the size was half the size I payed and requested. Utterly disappointed. I will use another company next time. They told me that even though I ordered the 16 inch size, bc it was a sitting pose it would be more like 12 inches. It is 7-8 inches. This is a huge difference for paying the extra money for so many mistakes. Never again!!!😖😡😖

AVOID USING THIS COMPANY!!! YES BOBBLEHEADS sent my bobblehead figures without my confirmation to go ahead and post, and without fulfilling all my requested amendments either, as they kept on dismissing most of my amendments, or amending incorrectly, plus they continued to request more money to continue with further amends, but I refused to pay more, as I had already paid extra originally for unlimited amendments, so you would expect them to follow my requests, plus the amends were down to their own incompetence!! I would have to wait weeks and weeks for any amendments to be done, had to keep emailing them to request my amends to be fulfilled, which turned into months, after each amend, due to incompetence, it has been a total nightmare to deal with this company, very, very stressful process, I did request a refund, as I felt they were unable to achieve the same quality advertised on their website, due to poor artist skills, but they refused my refund, I wrote lengthy emails of complaint, but they just dismissed my complaints, their quality and service is very, very poor, please do not waste your money using this company, I threw away my Bobblehead figures, as I was embarrassed to give them as presents for the persons modelled, nothing like them at all, they did not even achieve the correct hair colouring, at the very least! I’m so very upset and angry about the whole process, I wish I’d had a chosen another company...

Pretty good Not bad. The logo was extremely tiny and barely visible. Different than I expected based on the description on the website. Otherwise pretty good quality.
