FIRST RATE COMPANY! This is a general review of my business dealings with StewMac. I've bought a lot of tools and materials from them over the last few years (well over $5k) and have never had a bad experience with them. On the rare times there were issues on an order, they ALWAYS responded quickly and in a positive, professional manner. Their customer service personnel are knowledgeable and very friendly - it's like shopping at a home town store. I live in Alaska, but my orders arrive in VERY good time and are well packed. Are there cheaper places to shop? I'm sure there are for some things, but overall, the quality product, free shipping for members, and helpful, competent staff outweigh the differences. The other big plus to doing business with StewMac is the reference material available, from the tool instruction articles to Shop Tips and Dan Erlewine's informative, fun videos. A great customer experience all around!

Unmatched Customer Service and Warranty As with each time I've had the opportunity to challenge StewMac with a complicated situation, they blew me away with their customer service and product warranty. As always, very impressed and pleased with the result. There was a slight hiccup with shipping, but sometimes things happen.

Customer experience Great tools, the Snap-On tools of the guitar world, Because i live in the UK i decided to opt for the membership for the shipping savings. Maybe a bit expensive but you get what you pay for, tools that last a lifetime.
