Appreciate the quality and Service of… Appreciate the quality and Service of StewMac over the years. Recently bought a pricy (for me) bridge pins for my Martin. Bone with MoP inlay. One had a defect in it and I let SM know. They immediately sent another set of six to make it right.

The best tools and guitar parts for the money. I have ordered different products from… I have ordered different products from StewMac and different orders through out the last few years. I have always been satisfied with their products and their speedy ship out time. I also like their DYI/ 'how to' videos. I really enjoy being able to use their tools and products to upgrade my guitars and in turn make them more enjoyable to play.

Quality Products Received exactly what I had ordered in a more than reasonable time. Quality of product was solid. I had ordered a screwdriver set that is designed to service most guitars. The set was put together very well and will be invaluable. I had ordered some other items from another company and wish I had gone the StewMac route. Sounds cliché but you get what you pay for.

Missing part from my order Had a small part missing from my order. Emailed customer service and they shipped the missing part off to me immediately. This has always been the standard of excellence with STEWMAC and why I keep going back to them for high quality luthier parts and supplies. Thanks for being a great company with great people!

I received as a gift the a dyi acoustic… I received as a gift the a dyi acoustic guitar (box already done). Took probably 40+ hours to complete. Took my time and it's a nice finished project (need to reset the neck-my fault- not the kit). Ordered a number of items to do a better job. I learned a number of of things that will make my next job easier and a better end result In all respects, I would recommend this project to anyone with basic woodworking skills. .
