GBCustomer experience Great tools, the Snap-On tools of the guitar world, Because i live in the UK i decided to opt for the membership for the shipping savings. Maybe a bit expensive but you get what you pay for, tools that last a lifetime.

GBUnmatched Customer Service and Warranty As with each time I've had the opportunity to challenge StewMac with a complicated situation, they blew me away with their customer service and product warranty. As always, very impressed and pleased with the result. There was a slight hiccup with shipping, but sometimes things happen.
