Unmatched Customer Service and Warranty As with each time I've had the opportunity to challenge StewMac with a complicated situation, they blew me away with their customer service and product warranty. As always, very impressed and pleased with the result. There was a slight hiccup with shipping, but sometimes things happen.

Excellent quality tools… Stewmac makes awesome tools for building guitars. The only suggestion I have is PRINTING a catalog with a telephone number for people like me who hate the internet. I am not the only person who has requested a printed catalog. It is beyond annoying that I have to order over the internet. If there ever is a guitar tool and parts supplier that will sell me stuff over the phone, I will take my business there. Stewmac does a great job, however guitar building existed long before stupid computers.

Appreciate the quality and Service of… Appreciate the quality and Service of StewMac over the years. Recently bought a pricy (for me) bridge pins for my Martin. Bone with MoP inlay. One had a defect in it and I let SM know. They immediately sent another set of six to make it right.

Received my order in a very prompt… Received my order in a very prompt delivery timeframe it was exactly what I ordered and worked perfectly when applied. Correcting the low notch in the nut was a breeze using the product and simple method of application. No more buzz. My 96 Strat is perfect once again.

FIRST RATE COMPANY! This is a general review of my business dealings with StewMac. I've bought a lot of tools and materials from them over the last few years (well over $5k) and have never had a bad experience with them. On the rare times there were issues on an order, they ALWAYS responded quickly and in a positive, professional manner. Their customer service personnel are knowledgeable and very friendly - it's like shopping at a home town store. I live in Alaska, but my orders arrive in VERY good time and are well packed. Are there cheaper places to shop? I'm sure there are for some things, but overall, the quality product, free shipping for members, and helpful, competent staff outweigh the differences. The other big plus to doing business with StewMac is the reference material available, from the tool instruction articles to Shop Tips and Dan Erlewine's informative, fun videos. A great customer experience all around!
