Superb customer service Superb customer service. Kim was so helpful in trying to describe the guitars tone and characteristics. She seemed very honest in her opinion of the guitar. Very fast on responding to questions and concerns I had. I am definitely going to purchase from TNAG if I need a another guitar in the future. (of course I will) And I'll be sending some to the to sell for me. Can't recommend them highly enough.

I had been looking for a 'walnut guitar' and discovered the THAG website to inquire and consider available guitars and options. To shorten an epic story, two months later to the day an affordable (to me) sublime custom McNally J22 arrived at my home in pristine condition! A very special and personal thanks to Kim Sherman and Ciaran McNally for your time, effort and skill in making this special build reality! It embodies your soul too. Best, r

Great Service and Great Guitar Picked up a Furch acoustic online. They helped me switch my order to a different guitar all via their chat support. Purchased guitar arrived quickly and in perfect condition. One request for North American, ditch the foam peanuts for shipping. They are a mess to deal with.

The staff is awesome I'm actually fond of music and I've been dived into it since my choldhood. This culture was raised in me by my father and I'm grateful for it. I like music as well as I like to collect music on various storages, like CDs, records and other stuff. I started to collect music long time ago and I can't stop to do it. Nowadays I'm fond of collecting soul music records and I applied to this shop in order to buy some CDs. They helped me to determine rare records and also told everything in details about shipping. Records are fragile, so I bothered a lot about shipping, but, everything was excellent.
