CANever never never ever ever buy from them Their customer support is absolute garbage. Not able to get a return, requested within 30 days as they advertise. Terrible company.

GBNo service, no response, complete scam. AVOID! Same experience as several others here. Company is a scam, avoid at all costs. They repeatedly say contact us by email, phone or FB message, but they never respond. I’ve been trying to initiate a return, but have received no replies to 5 emails and their online message system. Tried calling, but line is always busy, basically out of order. Tried messaging, but just receive canned answers telling me to follow the webpage instructions, so just a vicious cycle, delaying until I’m outside the return window. I’ll now be filing a complaint with the NYS Attorney General’s Office. Hopefully prevent them from doing business here in the future.

CA0 star 0 star Piano broke down less than a year. Contacted customer service promised me a refund. 2 months never received the refund. And they stopped communication with me. Ignored my phone calls my emails. Avoid donner music at all cost because u will you waste money and never get it back!

UAI have ordered a piano I have ordered a piano. however later during the day i was gifted a piano by my wife, so didn't need it anymore. I have contacted the CX. Firstly Phone doesn't work and no chance to contact them. Then i sent about 50 emails already to the only way of contacting them. And ABSOLUTELY NO REPLY. Not even acknowledgment, that they have received it! I will never recommend this company to anyone. Completely horrible. So they sent it regardless. Now i still can't get any contact from them for a whole week!!

GBPoor Quality Build & Service For the price, compared to anything else, it seems reasonable, however there are multiple issues with the quality of the build and the customer service are both incredibly slow and reluctant to actually send any replacement parts (instead continuing to offer more incentives to keep the damaged goods). My DDP-100 has damage on the front corner of the piano body, the logo on the top sheet rest has a misplaced letter, and there's also some minor damage to the back plate. I wanted a beginners piano with weighted keys for a reasonable price that looked good, and this is part way there, but I think others would likely be better off buying either a portable keyboard that sits on a stand, or spending more for a better quality brand.
