GBTerrible Customer Service - DO NOT BUY FROM DONNER MUSIC These people do not understand the concept of good customer service!!!! On five occasions over the past month I have tried to initiate a return and I still have not had any replies from Donner Music Customer Service. Such an approach to ignore customers is a quick way to destroy a business! Their advertised telephone number does not even connect! GBI ordered a keyboard last November, never deliverd. I ordered a keyboard last November, and still haven't received it! After numerous emails and calls, they told me that they just 'lost the delivery' and they would either refund me or send a new one.
