Donner has also stopped its UK call centre so there is no means to make contact other than email, which they ignore. We are left with ~£300 of debt and a broken piano. Please avoid Donner. UPDATE: since posting this Donner has made contact and has paid a full refund. It has still been a frustrating experience albeit now with a happy ending. Proceed with caution rather than avoid.

UAI have ordered a piano I have ordered a piano. however later during the day i was gifted a piano by my wife, so didn't need it anymore. I have contacted the CX. Firstly Phone doesn't work and no chance to contact them. Then i sent about 50 emails already to the only way of contacting them. And ABSOLUTELY NO REPLY. Not even acknowledgment, that they have received it! I will never recommend this company to anyone. Completely horrible. So they sent it regardless. Now i still can't get any contact from them for a whole week!!

GBOnce Donner replied they were helpful Once Donner replied they were helpful. The digital piano was swiftly replaced once we had answered a few questions, tried a few things and sent a video. They have said we can donate the faulty one somewhere so an old folks home will probably be delighted. There was no nonsense of having the first one back to look at before replacing it. Now we have one without buzz and are enjoying it.
