ITIf I could give 0 stars... If I could give 0 stars, I would. The piano arrived damaged - I could not get hold of anyone to discuss the issue and there are no return details available without speaking to someone at the business. I therefore opened a case with PayPal. The company eventually responded to me via email and said (after about 4 emails) they will part refund me, of which I accepted, and then they stated they had processed the refund of which I could expect to recieve in 3-5 days. I then informed them I would close my PayPal case once the refund had appeared - of which they then backtracked and said they can't do a refund until the case is closed, despite already informing me it had been processed. Luckily, PayPal were able to sort the issue satisfactorily but I have zero faith I would have ever received any sort of refund or a return address from Donner. 100% would never purchase ANYTHING from this company again.

DEA very bad service. This text was translated with Google. I can only recommend not ordering anything here. A very bad service. Nobody is available. Neither by email nor by contact form. I asked you to cancel the order a few times. There is no answer. Now I need a return number where I should send the piano and there is no answer. If no one answers, I will have the money returned to my credit card, I don't care what happens to the piano.

GBAvoid: broken piano; Donner ignoring calls for a refund. We bought a digital piano as a Christmas present. We found one of the speakers did not work. Initially, Donner was helpful: the helpline confirmed it would provide a refund and emailed to that effect. However, the refund has never arrived. Donner hasn’t acknowledged or responded to any of our subsequent emails (we have used both service support addresses after Donner changed its domain and contact details in January). Donner has also stopped its UK call centre so there is no means to make contact other than email, which they ignore. We are left with ~£300 of debt and a broken piano. Please avoid Donner. UPDATE: since posting this Donner has made contact and has paid a full refund. It has still been a frustrating experience albeit now with a happy ending. Proceed with caution rather than avoid.

HKIrresponsible store with no after-sales service I bought a ddp200 electronic piano from this company online shopping on March 4th, and we delivered it on March 7th. When I opened the carton and wrapping paper, I saw that the pedals of the piano were cracked and the support tripod was in the wrong direction. I have contacted this company by email on March 7th to find a solution, but I have not received any information from their reply, we have continued to contact this company via email in the following days, but still have not received any reply. It has been 14 days since we received the goods today, and we still have not received a reply from this company. We have sent email and message box to the company for 3 times, with no responses. We left the message to the Facebook messenger, auto reply just tell me to contact service by email. But still no any response. We are very disappointed. We send Complaints and Return Requests again by my email. We have also tried calling their hotline, but have not been connected. I uploaded a negative review on their website, but my review is still being censored and never released, so I was not able to share my horrendous experience. This company is a scam. DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS COMPANY.

GBNo service, no response, complete scam. AVOID! Same experience as several others here. Company is a scam, avoid at all costs. They repeatedly say contact us by email, phone or FB message, but they never respond. I’ve been trying to initiate a return, but have received no replies to 5 emails and their online message system. Tried calling, but line is always busy, basically out of order. Tried messaging, but just receive canned answers telling me to follow the webpage instructions, so just a vicious cycle, delaying until I’m outside the return window. I’ll now be filing a complaint with the NYS Attorney General’s Office. Hopefully prevent them from doing business here in the future.
