GBWorst company I've ever dealt with! Worst company I've ever dealt with! Thoroughly inefficient & useless; I've been waiting 6 months for a replacement snare drum for a kit we only bought a couple of months before. They told me 35 working days back in February and it's now June with nothing. No drum, no communication, nothing. These people should be swinging from lamp posts; disgusting shower. DO NOT buy from these charlatans, there are plenty of decent, honourable companies out there who will treat you properly, absolutely no need to go anywhere near this shower of s°°t 🤬👎🖕

ITIf I could give 0 stars... If I could give 0 stars, I would. The piano arrived damaged - I could not get hold of anyone to discuss the issue and there are no return details available without speaking to someone at the business. I therefore opened a case with PayPal. The company eventually responded to me via email and said (after about 4 emails) they will part refund me, of which I accepted, and then they stated they had processed the refund of which I could expect to recieve in 3-5 days. I then informed them I would close my PayPal case once the refund had appeared - of which they then backtracked and said they can't do a refund until the case is closed, despite already informing me it had been processed. Luckily, PayPal were able to sort the issue satisfactorily but I have zero faith I would have ever received any sort of refund or a return address from Donner. 100% would never purchase ANYTHING from this company again.

GBPoor Quality Build & Service For the price, compared to anything else, it seems reasonable, however there are multiple issues with the quality of the build and the customer service are both incredibly slow and reluctant to actually send any replacement parts (instead continuing to offer more incentives to keep the damaged goods). My DDP-100 has damage on the front corner of the piano body, the logo on the top sheet rest has a misplaced letter, and there's also some minor damage to the back plate. I wanted a beginners piano with weighted keys for a reasonable price that looked good, and this is part way there, but I think others would likely be better off buying either a portable keyboard that sits on a stand, or spending more for a better quality brand.

GBOnce Donner replied they were helpful Once Donner replied they were helpful. The digital piano was swiftly replaced once we had answered a few questions, tried a few things and sent a video. They have said we can donate the faulty one somewhere so an old folks home will probably be delighted. There was no nonsense of having the first one back to look at before replacing it. Now we have one without buzz and are enjoying it.

GBHappy enough with the instrument type but… Happy enough with the instrument type but it is faulty. One octave has a buzz on the notes. We sent en email and video and they are not responding. The on off switch is sluggish and not reliable too. All I want is for customer service to be up to the standard of their concept for the DDP80. Initially, it was delivered on a different day than stated and just left in front of the door. Update: when Donner did reply they were very good. We now have a new instrument working correctly which was delivered super fast following us answering a few questions. Much better. Now happy with our DDP80 and if customer service had been prompt would have been happy more quickly.
