GBPoor Quality Build & Service For the price, compared to anything else, it seems reasonable, however there are multiple issues with the quality of the build and the customer service are both incredibly slow and reluctant to actually send any replacement parts (instead continuing to offer more incentives to keep the damaged goods). My DDP-100 has damage on the front corner of the piano body, the logo on the top sheet rest has a misplaced letter, and there's also some minor damage to the back plate. I wanted a beginners piano with weighted keys for a reasonable price that looked good, and this is part way there, but I think others would likely be better off buying either a portable keyboard that sits on a stand, or spending more for a better quality brand.

GBHappy enough with the instrument type but… Happy enough with the instrument type but it is faulty. One octave has a buzz on the notes. We sent en email and video and they are not responding. The on off switch is sluggish and not reliable too. All I want is for customer service to be up to the standard of their concept for the DDP80. Initially, it was delivered on a different day than stated and just left in front of the door. Update: when Donner did reply they were very good. We now have a new instrument working correctly which was delivered super fast following us answering a few questions. Much better. Now happy with our DDP80 and if customer service had been prompt would have been happy more quickly.

GBAvoid: broken piano; Donner ignoring calls for a refund. We bought a digital piano as a Christmas present. We found one of the speakers did not work. Initially, Donner was helpful: the helpline confirmed it would provide a refund and emailed to that effect. However, the refund has never arrived. Donner hasn’t acknowledged or responded to any of our subsequent emails (we have used both service support addresses after Donner changed its domain and contact details in January). Donner has also stopped its UK call centre so there is no means to make contact other than email, which they ignore. We are left with ~£300 of debt and a broken piano. Please avoid Donner. UPDATE: since posting this Donner has made contact and has paid a full refund. It has still been a frustrating experience albeit now with a happy ending. Proceed with caution rather than avoid.

GBDonner Music UK should be avoided at… Donner Music UK should be avoided at all costs. This is a company that does not follow the rules of internet trading and has appalling service. There is no way to telephone them, quote:"The current hotline is temporarily suspended, and we expect it to resume in May." What rubbish! Emails go unanswered most of the time and I have personally found their product advertising false/fraudulent. Go else where!

GBWorst company I've ever dealt with! Worst company I've ever dealt with! Thoroughly inefficient & useless; I've been waiting 6 months for a replacement snare drum for a kit we only bought a couple of months before. They told me 35 working days back in February and it's now June with nothing. No drum, no communication, nothing. These people should be swinging from lamp posts; disgusting shower. DO NOT buy from these charlatans, there are plenty of decent, honourable companies out there who will treat you properly, absolutely no need to go anywhere near this shower of s°°t 🤬👎🖕
