Tried messaging, but just receive canned answers telling me to follow the webpage instructions, so just a vicious cycle, delaying until I’m outside the return window. I have ordered a piano I have ordered a piano. however later during the day i was gifted a piano by my wife, so didn't need it anymore. I have contacted the CX. Firstly Phone doesn't work and no chance to contact them. Then i sent about 50 emails already to the only way of contacting them. And ABSOLUTELY NO REPLY. Not even acknowledgment, that they have received it! I will never recommend this company to anyone. Completely horrible. So they sent it regardless. Now i still can't get any contact from them for a whole week!!
