GBWorst company I've ever dealt with! Worst company I've ever dealt with! Thoroughly inefficient & useless; I've been waiting 6 months for a replacement snare drum for a kit we only bought a couple of months before. They told me 35 working days back in February and it's now June with nothing. No drum, no communication, nothing. These people should be swinging from lamp posts; disgusting shower. DO NOT buy from these charlatans, there are plenty of decent, honourable companies out there who will treat you properly, absolutely no need to go anywhere near this shower of s°°t 🤬👎🖕

GBQuality is acceptable but not great - Fake reviews on their website Quality is acceptable but not great. Fake reviews on their website for their products. They asked me to review and I only gave them 2 stars (like here). Never published!! Digital Piano good enough for that price which lifts that review to a 2 star instead of 1. Line Output not working and I am still awaiting a response from them.

GBI have ordered recently a digital piano… I have ordered recently a digital piano DEP-20 with piano bench, which is delivered on time with two tracking numbers one for the piano and the other for the bench. They work perfectly, though they never replied on my email but in respect of the product itself it is fine.

GBI ordered a keyboard last November, never deliverd. I ordered a keyboard last November, and still haven't received it! After numerous emails and calls, they told me that they just 'lost the delivery' and they would either refund me or send a new one. I asked for a new one and it's been almost a month, no news, nothing. I'm revolted. I called 20 times nobody picks up. I would like someone to get in touch with me now and get a full refund. Otherwise I'm going to absolutely destroy the reputation of this company on every possible platform and tell people they are SCAMMERS!

GBPoor Quality Build & Service For the price, compared to anything else, it seems reasonable, however there are multiple issues with the quality of the build and the customer service are both incredibly slow and reluctant to actually send any replacement parts (instead continuing to offer more incentives to keep the damaged goods). My DDP-100 has damage on the front corner of the piano body, the logo on the top sheet rest has a misplaced letter, and there's also some minor damage to the back plate. I wanted a beginners piano with weighted keys for a reasonable price that looked good, and this is part way there, but I think others would likely be better off buying either a portable keyboard that sits on a stand, or spending more for a better quality brand.
