I have ordered recently a digital piano… I have ordered recently a digital piano DEP-20 with piano bench, which is delivered on time with two tracking numbers one for the piano and the other for the bench. They work perfectly, though they never replied on my email but in respect of the product itself it is fine.

Terrible Customer Service - DO NOT BUY FROM DONNER MUSIC These people do not understand the concept of good customer service!!!! On five occasions over the past month I have tried to initiate a return and I still have not had any replies from Donner Music Customer Service. Such an approach to ignore customers is a quick way to destroy a business! Their advertised telephone number does not even connect! I think that my next step will be to involve the small claims court process.

Irresponsible store with no after-sales service I bought a ddp200 electronic piano from this company online shopping on March 4th, and we delivered it on March 7th. When I opened the carton and wrapping paper, I saw that the pedals of the piano were cracked and the support tripod was in the wrong direction. I have contacted this company by email on March 7th to find a solution, but I have not received any information from their reply, we have continued to contact this company via email in the following days, but still have not received any reply. It has been 14 days since we received the goods today, and we still have not received a reply from this company. We have sent email and message box to the company for 3 times, with no responses. We left the message to the Facebook messenger, auto reply just tell me to contact service by email. But still no any response. We are very disappointed. We send Complaints and Return Requests again by my email. We have also tried calling their hotline, but have not been connected. I uploaded a negative review on their website, but my review is still being censored and never released, so I was not able to share my horrendous experience. This company is a scam. DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS COMPANY.

Updated review UPDATED: IT WAS UPS NOT DONNER THE PROBLEM. UPS NEVER UPDATED THE TRACKING - THE PIANO ARRIVED OUT OF NOWHERE TODAY. From Label creation to delivered. Donner was pretty 'meh' in email but they did send the piano as they told me. original review below I will update this review if my problem is resolve! But I order a piano from Donner Canada late jan 2024 and I got the email from them saying my order status was fulfilled and shipped. I got a tracking number but the tracking never updated beyond 'Creating label'. I contacted them and they told me they are looking into it. - What is there to look into ? Did you send the piano or not? - Anyway waiting for them to respond again and waiting while my money is gone - I wanted to give Donner a chance. I DID READ ALL you guys here comments before buying from them - i told myself it must be bc you are far away (warehouse of donner is 7 hours away by car) - lol well.. I WILL update the 1 star to higher score if resolve correctly by refund or proper shipping within 48 hours. if not - expect hell.

Poor Quality Build & Service For the price, compared to anything else, it seems reasonable, however there are multiple issues with the quality of the build and the customer service are both incredibly slow and reluctant to actually send any replacement parts (instead continuing to offer more incentives to keep the damaged goods). My DDP-100 has damage on the front corner of the piano body, the logo on the top sheet rest has a misplaced letter, and there's also some minor damage to the back plate. I wanted a beginners piano with weighted keys for a reasonable price that looked good, and this is part way there, but I think others would likely be better off buying either a portable keyboard that sits on a stand, or spending more for a better quality brand.
