Ordered a DDP-60 digital keyboard Ordered a DDP-60 digital keyboard, came with a broken key and faulty programming in some of the keys. I have been trying for a month to get a return shipping label and a refund. Absolutely zero response from customer service. Do not buy anything from them.

Terrible Customer Service - DO NOT BUY FROM DONNER MUSIC These people do not understand the concept of good customer service!!!! On five occasions over the past month I have tried to initiate a return and I still have not had any replies from Donner Music Customer Service. Such an approach to ignore customers is a quick way to destroy a business! Their advertised telephone number does not even connect! I think that my next step will be to involve the small claims court process.

0 star 0 star Piano broke down less than a year. Contacted customer service promised me a refund. 2 months never received the refund. And they stopped communication with me. Ignored my phone calls my emails. Avoid donner music at all cost because u will you waste money and never get it back!

A very bad service. This text was translated with Google. I can only recommend not ordering anything here. A very bad service. Nobody is available. Neither by email nor by contact form. I asked you to cancel the order a few times. There is no answer. Now I need a return number where I should send the piano and there is no answer. If no one answers, I will have the money returned to my credit card, I don't care what happens to the piano.

Poor Quality Build & Service For the price, compared to anything else, it seems reasonable, however there are multiple issues with the quality of the build and the customer service are both incredibly slow and reluctant to actually send any replacement parts (instead continuing to offer more incentives to keep the damaged goods). My DDP-100 has damage on the front corner of the piano body, the logo on the top sheet rest has a misplaced letter, and there's also some minor damage to the back plate. I wanted a beginners piano with weighted keys for a reasonable price that looked good, and this is part way there, but I think others would likely be better off buying either a portable keyboard that sits on a stand, or spending more for a better quality brand.
