Stole thousands from their customers They closed, lied and continue to do so…They owe so many people money, say they are opening back up when in fact they are not. They show that they are based out of Nevada but it is obvious that they are not by the communication and recent postings on their social media. Their website, social media and FB are still up. The emails I have received are a different lie and story every time. I can do without the money, it’s the fact they get to lie and scam people, is beyond me. Be honest with your customers…Silk & Salt is owned by Liat Tessone. She also runs a company called Yourstory-group which specializes in e-commerce and helping other companies sell their products. I’m sorry, what?

The description of the products does not compare to the great quality of the products. The description of the products are in no comparison to the excellent quality of the garment. The garments are a perfect fit. I was surprised to receive my orders as soon as I did. It means a lot to get good customer service, great quality in fabrics snd speedy delivery. I will definitely order again’

Consider allowing customers to exchange… Consider allowing customers to exchange sale items. If a customer needs a larger size and it is available you should consider it. The o my option for return is “item is damaged”. One of my items I needed a larger size and another wax not as shown on website. Very disappointing.

This outfit was adorable….so pretty in… This outfit was adorable….so pretty in pink…..however it was a final sale and the sizing was way off! The image of sausage casing comes to mind! I should never purchased a knit/ sweater ensemble never having bought from you before. This would have fit my 12 year old granddaughter …I do not recall seeing a warning that it runs small. Very disappointing!

Love their clothing but.. Love their clothing! The only reason why I wont' rate them 5 stars is because their customer service sucks! They take forever to answer or they don't answer at all (this is critical if I'm supposed to be a part of their ambassadors)
