I really like Silk & Salt The Silk & Salt website is user friendly and does not bombard with thousand of images. The ordering process was seamless. I received all my items in one package! I did return one item due to size, again an easy to understand, easy to navigate and return. I am going to use my credit to look for another blouse.

S&S stands behind their products When I received one of my cute outfits with a manufacturing flaw, I was extremely disappointed and expecting an unpleasant customer service interaction. Boy was I wrong! S&S responded to my email with lightning speed, asked for a few photos of the flaw, and then promptly set up delivery of a replacement. I'm so pleased to know that they stand behind the quality of the clothing they sell and worked to resolve the issue quickly and pleasantly. The outfits are super cute and comfortable.
