The description of the products does not compare to the great quality of the products. The description of the products are in no comparison to the excellent quality of the garment. The garments are a perfect fit. I was surprised to receive my orders as soon as I did. It means a lot to get good customer service, great quality in fabrics snd speedy delivery. I will definitely order again’

Love their clothing but.. Love their clothing! The only reason why I wont' rate them 5 stars is because their customer service sucks! They take forever to answer or they don't answer at all (this is critical if I'm supposed to be a part of their ambassadors)

I really like Silk & Salt The Silk & Salt website is user friendly and does not bombard with thousand of images. The ordering process was seamless. I received all my items in one package! I did return one item due to size, again an easy to understand, easy to navigate and return. I am going to use my credit to look for another blouse.

NOT ABLE TO RETURN MY ITEM......SCAM I bought a dress that did not look, on me, like it did on the website. I am asking for a return and complete refund. The website form is not allowing me to return the item. It wants me to exchange it for another size. I don't want another size....I want a return. There is no further options or drop-down information allowed.

Customer Service is amazing Customer Service is amazing! I was unable to use my points. The functionality that would let me apply points wasn't working. Customer Service helped walk me through the actions and it still didn't work. So customer service came up with a work around that let me use my points.
