Great customer service Great customer service. They may take 1-3 days to respond which was nerve wracking but I finally received a response when they received my return. They immediately shipped my exchange. Also their shipping is very fast, which I like!

Customer Service is amazing Customer Service is amazing! I was unable to use my points. The functionality that would let me apply points wasn't working. Customer Service helped walk me through the actions and it still didn't work. So customer service came up with a work around that let me use my points.

EXCELLENT PURCHASE I was very impressed with how expeditiously I received my order. Not only did it come fast but it was received in great condition. The quality of the garment was exceptional. I wore my garment to a social gathering with friends and everyone wanted to know where I purchased it. I kindly referred then to S & S. I also purchased one for my daughter for Xmas. Unfortunately I failed to purchase another one for myself at the same time, but I will keep my eye open for other beautiful garments they offer.O

This outfit was adorable….so pretty in… This outfit was adorable….so pretty in pink…..however it was a final sale and the sizing was way off! The image of sausage casing comes to mind! I should never purchased a knit/ sweater ensemble never having bought from you before. This would have fit my 12 year old granddaughter …I do not recall seeing a warning that it runs small. Very disappointing!
