BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE I returned my Items!! Company issued a ROA and return label that USPS would not accept. So I included that label inside my return with a note- I purchased a return with tracking and the return was received over 2 months ago. Still no refund has been issued to me. I’ve called only to be on hold for ever or receive a recording that office is closed! Do not purchase anything through SILK & SALT-

The description of the products does not compare to the great quality of the products. The description of the products are in no comparison to the excellent quality of the garment. The garments are a perfect fit. I was surprised to receive my orders as soon as I did. It means a lot to get good customer service, great quality in fabrics snd speedy delivery. I will definitely order again’

S&S stands behind their products When I received one of my cute outfits with a manufacturing flaw, I was extremely disappointed and expecting an unpleasant customer service interaction. Boy was I wrong! S&S responded to my email with lightning speed, asked for a few photos of the flaw, and then promptly set up delivery of a replacement. I'm so pleased to know that they stand behind the quality of the clothing they sell and worked to resolve the issue quickly and pleasantly. The outfits are super cute and comfortable. I can't wait to wear them!

NOT ABLE TO RETURN MY ITEM......SCAM I bought a dress that did not look, on me, like it did on the website. I am asking for a return and complete refund. The website form is not allowing me to return the item. It wants me to exchange it for another size. I don't want another size....I want a return. There is no further options or drop-down information allowed.
