I should never purchased a knit/ sweater ensemble never having bought from you before. This would have fit my 12 year old granddaughter …I do not recall seeing a warning that it runs small. Very disappointing!

Stole thousands from their customers They closed, lied and continue to do so…They owe so many people money, say they are opening back up when in fact they are not. They show that they are based out of Nevada but it is obvious that they are not by the communication and recent postings on their social media. Their website, social media and FB are still up. The emails I have received are a different lie and story every time. I can do without the money, it’s the fact they get to lie and scam people, is beyond me. Be honest with your customers…Silk & Salt is owned by Liat Tessone. She also runs a company called Yourstory-group which specializes in e-commerce and helping other companies sell their products. I’m sorry, what?

The description of the products does not compare to the great quality of the products. The description of the products are in no comparison to the excellent quality of the garment. The garments are a perfect fit. I was surprised to receive my orders as soon as I did. It means a lot to get good customer service, great quality in fabrics snd speedy delivery. I will definitely order again’

Customer Service is amazing Customer Service is amazing! I was unable to use my points. The functionality that would let me apply points wasn't working. Customer Service helped walk me through the actions and it still didn't work. So customer service came up with a work around that let me use my points.
