Stole thousands from their customers They closed, lied and continue to do so…They owe so many people money, say they are opening back up when in fact they are not. They show that they are based out of Nevada but it is obvious that they are not by the communication and recent postings on their social media. Their website, social media and FB are still up. The emails I have received are a different lie and story every time. I can do without the money, it’s the fact they get to lie and scam people, is beyond me. Be honest with your customers…Silk & Salt is owned by Liat Tessone. She also runs a company called Yourstory-group which specializes in e-commerce and helping other companies sell their products. I’m sorry, what?

BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE I returned my Items!! Company issued a ROA and return label that USPS would not accept. So I included that label inside my return with a note- I purchased a return with tracking and the return was received over 2 months ago. Still no refund has been issued to me. I’ve called only to be on hold for ever or receive a recording that office is closed! Do not purchase anything through SILK & SALT-

This outfit was adorable….so pretty in… This outfit was adorable….so pretty in pink…..however it was a final sale and the sizing was way off! The image of sausage casing comes to mind! I should never purchased a knit/ sweater ensemble never having bought from you before. This would have fit my 12 year old granddaughter …I do not recall seeing a warning that it runs small. Very disappointing!
