Love their clothing but.. Love their clothing! The only reason why I wont' rate them 5 stars is because their customer service sucks! They take forever to answer or they don't answer at all (this is critical if I'm supposed to be a part of their ambassadors)

The description of the products does not compare to the great quality of the products. The description of the products are in no comparison to the excellent quality of the garment. The garments are a perfect fit. I was surprised to receive my orders as soon as I did. It means a lot to get good customer service, great quality in fabrics snd speedy delivery. I will definitely order again’

NOT ABLE TO RETURN MY ITEM......SCAM I bought a dress that did not look, on me, like it did on the website. I am asking for a return and complete refund. The website form is not allowing me to return the item. It wants me to exchange it for another size. I don't want another size....I want a return. There is no further options or drop-down information allowed.

I really like Silk & Salt The Silk & Salt website is user friendly and does not bombard with thousand of images. The ordering process was seamless. I received all my items in one package! I did return one item due to size, again an easy to understand, easy to navigate and return. I am going to use my credit to look for another blouse.

Love the jumpsuits I ordered Love the jumpsuits I ordered, and they came quick! I ordered the black and the multi-colored Twilight. Would love to order the multi-colored Peacock since I truly love the Twilight. I found the black jumpsuit a bit looser and longer than the Twilight. I look forward to wearing them both, especially on travel.
