This outfit was adorable….so pretty in… This outfit was adorable….so pretty in pink…..however it was a final sale and the sizing was way off! The image of sausage casing comes to mind! I should never purchased a knit/ sweater ensemble never having bought from you before. This would have fit my 12 year old granddaughter …I do not recall seeing a warning that it runs small. Very disappointing!

Love the jumpsuits I ordered Love the jumpsuits I ordered, and they came quick! I ordered the black and the multi-colored Twilight. Would love to order the multi-colored Peacock since I truly love the Twilight. I found the black jumpsuit a bit looser and longer than the Twilight. I look forward to wearing them both, especially on travel.

Customer Service is amazing Customer Service is amazing! I was unable to use my points. The functionality that would let me apply points wasn't working. Customer Service helped walk me through the actions and it still didn't work. So customer service came up with a work around that let me use my points.

S&S stands behind their products When I received one of my cute outfits with a manufacturing flaw, I was extremely disappointed and expecting an unpleasant customer service interaction. Boy was I wrong! S&S responded to my email with lightning speed, asked for a few photos of the flaw, and then promptly set up delivery of a replacement. I'm so pleased to know that they stand behind the quality of the clothing they sell and worked to resolve the issue quickly and pleasantly. The outfits are super cute and comfortable. I can't wait to wear them!
