I really like Silk & Salt The Silk & Salt website is user friendly and does not bombard with thousand of images. The ordering process was seamless. I received all my items in one package! I did return one item due to size, again an easy to understand, easy to navigate and return. I am going to use my credit to look for another blouse.

BUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE I returned my Items!! Company issued a ROA and return label that USPS would not accept. So I included that label inside my return with a note- I purchased a return with tracking and the return was received over 2 months ago. Still no refund has been issued to me. I’ve called only to be on hold for ever or receive a recording that office is closed! Do not purchase anything through SILK & SALT-

Beautiful Dress Fast service, beautiful dress in a sumptuous billowy silky fabric, beautiful pink. So happy with this dress,, but it is too tight in the chest, so not sure if I can keep it. All reviews say Silk & Salt does not offer a full refund on "ineligible" items, and are difficult to deal with, I ordered the largest size and it is too tight, so I can't get a bigger size. I don't want to get caught up in a lengthy process and end up with no full refund. Very disheartened by all the reviews.

S&S stands behind their products When I received one of my cute outfits with a manufacturing flaw, I was extremely disappointed and expecting an unpleasant customer service interaction. Boy was I wrong! S&S responded to my email with lightning speed, asked for a few photos of the flaw, and then promptly set up delivery of a replacement. I'm so pleased to know that they stand behind the quality of the clothing they sell and worked to resolve the issue quickly and pleasantly. The outfits are super cute and comfortable. I can't wait to wear them!

Poor management of appoinment All the services are good here but their receptionist Ms Zoya is not at all professional she is not managing appointments properly. She is calling each & everyone & making sit there for more then half an hour . I took appointment for spa manicure pedicure in the morning 11 am for myself & wife for 3 pm but when I reached there two people were doing manicure & pedicure there & she asked us to wait for 5 min but after 15/20 min when I asked her she said just wait for half an hour more then I got furious for which she just said sorry . I experienced this for two three time . If owner reading the reviews please train your receptionist about how to manage the appointment & not to waste time of customers. Services are good but if not managed properly it will impact business in future
