GBBeautiful Dress Fast service, beautiful dress in a sumptuous billowy silky fabric, beautiful pink. So happy with this dress,, but it is too tight in the chest, so not sure if I can keep it. All reviews say Silk & Salt does not offer a full refund on "ineligible" items, and are difficult to deal with, I ordered the largest size and it is too tight, so I can't get a bigger size. I don't want to get caught up in a lengthy process and end up with no full refund. Very disheartened by all the reviews.

GBLove the jumpsuits I ordered Love the jumpsuits I ordered, and they came quick! I ordered the black and the multi-colored Twilight. Would love to order the multi-colored Peacock since I truly love the Twilight. I found the black jumpsuit a bit looser and longer than the Twilight. I look forward to wearing them both, especially on travel.

GBCustomer Service is amazing Customer Service is amazing! I was unable to use my points. The functionality that would let me apply points wasn't working. Customer Service helped walk me through the actions and it still didn't work. So customer service came up with a work around that let me use my points.

DOLove their clothing but.. Love their clothing! The only reason why I wont' rate them 5 stars is because their customer service sucks! They take forever to answer or they don't answer at all (this is critical if I'm supposed to be a part of their ambassadors)

GBFlattering, unique, dramatic dress but with a couple of negatives It's a pretty dress, dramatic, unique, comfortable, and flattering. I had fun wearing out to a special show. Two negatives- the V of the neckline is too low for me. I guess if I was thinner around the waist the dress would wrap more tightly and shorten the neck opening. I ended up modifying it with a safety pin. Also- I got to thinking after I bought it that it's an African wax block print (I researched) and maybe as a white European American it's weird for me to be wearing it, especially since it's made and sold by a company that isn't (from what I can see) an African or Black-owned company.
