DOLove their clothing but.. Love their clothing! The only reason why I wont' rate them 5 stars is because their customer service sucks! They take forever to answer or they don't answer at all (this is critical if I'm supposed to be a part of their ambassadors)

GBS&S stands behind their products When I received one of my cute outfits with a manufacturing flaw, I was extremely disappointed and expecting an unpleasant customer service interaction. Boy was I wrong! S&S responded to my email with lightning speed, asked for a few photos of the flaw, and then promptly set up delivery of a replacement. I'm so pleased to know that they stand behind the quality of the clothing they sell and worked to resolve the issue quickly and pleasantly. The outfits are super cute and comfortable. I can't wait to wear them!

GBConsider allowing customers to exchange… Consider allowing customers to exchange sale items. If a customer needs a larger size and it is available you should consider it. The o my option for return is “item is damaged”. One of my items I needed a larger size and another wax not as shown on website. Very disappointing.

GBBUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE I returned my Items!! Company issued a ROA and return label that USPS would not accept. So I included that label inside my return with a note- I purchased a return with tracking and the return was received over 2 months ago. Still no refund has been issued to me. I’ve called only to be on hold for ever or receive a recording that office is closed! Do not purchase anything through SILK & SALT-

GBFlattering, unique, dramatic dress but with a couple of negatives It's a pretty dress, dramatic, unique, comfortable, and flattering. I had fun wearing out to a special show. Two negatives- the V of the neckline is too low for me. I guess if I was thinner around the waist the dress would wrap more tightly and shorten the neck opening. I ended up modifying it with a safety pin. Also- I got to thinking after I bought it that it's an African wax block print (I researched) and maybe as a white European American it's weird for me to be wearing it, especially since it's made and sold by a company that isn't (from what I can see) an African or Black-owned company.
