GBNightmare if you need to return or exchange Dress was much smaller in what is my typical size. Nightmare return/exchange policy! Confusing and irritating...had to email them for help because their return/exchange portal wasn't working, then the dress went on sale after I bought it so asked for store credit but their store credit is considered a "promo code" which you can only use 1 of so couldn't get the dress at the cheaper rate anyway AND their shipping charge jumped from $12 (which is ridiculous in the 1st place for 1 dress that probably weighed a couple oz) to $20!!!! All in less than a weeks time! Gave them 2 stars only because the dress is pretty but I won't be shopping with them again!

GBI really like Silk & Salt The Silk & Salt website is user friendly and does not bombard with thousand of images. The ordering process was seamless. I received all my items in one package! I did return one item due to size, again an easy to understand, easy to navigate and return. I am going to use my credit to look for another blouse.

GBThe description of the products does not compare to the great quality of the products. The description of the products are in no comparison to the excellent quality of the garment. The garments are a perfect fit. I was surprised to receive my orders as soon as I did. It means a lot to get good customer service, great quality in fabrics snd speedy delivery. I will definitely order again’

GBFlattering, unique, dramatic dress but with a couple of negatives It's a pretty dress, dramatic, unique, comfortable, and flattering. I had fun wearing out to a special show. Two negatives- the V of the neckline is too low for me. I guess if I was thinner around the waist the dress would wrap more tightly and shorten the neck opening. I ended up modifying it with a safety pin. Also- I got to thinking after I bought it that it's an African wax block print (I researched) and maybe as a white European American it's weird for me to be wearing it, especially since it's made and sold by a company that isn't (from what I can see) an African or Black-owned company.
