GBStole thousands from their customers They closed, lied and continue to do so…They owe so many people money, say they are opening back up when in fact they are not. They show that they are based out of Nevada but it is obvious that they are not by the communication and recent postings on their social media. Their website, social media and FB are still up. The emails I have received are a different lie and story every time. I can do without the money, it’s the fact they get to lie and scam people, is beyond me. Be honest with your customers…Silk & Salt is owned by Liat Tessone. She also runs a company called Yourstory-group which specializes in e-commerce and helping other companies sell their products. I’m sorry, what?

GBConsider allowing customers to exchange… Consider allowing customers to exchange sale items. If a customer needs a larger size and it is available you should consider it. The o my option for return is “item is damaged”. One of my items I needed a larger size and another wax not as shown on website. Very disappointing.

GBI really like Silk & Salt The Silk & Salt website is user friendly and does not bombard with thousand of images. The ordering process was seamless. I received all my items in one package! I did return one item due to size, again an easy to understand, easy to navigate and return. I am going to use my credit to look for another blouse.

GBEXCELLENT PURCHASE I was very impressed with how expeditiously I received my order. Not only did it come fast but it was received in great condition. The quality of the garment was exceptional. I wore my garment to a social gathering with friends and everyone wanted to know where I purchased it. I kindly referred then to S & S. I also purchased one for my daughter for Xmas. Unfortunately I failed to purchase another one for myself at the same time, but I will keep my eye open for other beautiful garments they offer.O
