The garments are a perfect fit. I was surprised to receive my orders as soon as I did. It means a lot to get good customer service, great quality in fabrics snd speedy delivery. I really like Silk & Salt The Silk & Salt website is user friendly and does not bombard with thousand of images. The ordering process was seamless. I received all my items in one package! I did return one item due to size, again an easy to understand, easy to navigate and return. I am going to use my credit to look for another blouse.

Love their clothing but.. Love their clothing! The only reason why I wont' rate them 5 stars is because their customer service sucks! They take forever to answer or they don't answer at all (this is critical if I'm supposed to be a part of their ambassadors)

Consider allowing customers to exchange… Consider allowing customers to exchange sale items. If a customer needs a larger size and it is available you should consider it. The o my option for return is “item is damaged”. One of my items I needed a larger size and another wax not as shown on website. Very disappointing.
