USCustomer Service is amazing Customer Service is amazing! I was unable to use my points. The functionality that would let me apply points wasn't working. Customer Service helped walk me through the actions and it still didn't work. So customer service came up with a work around that let me use my points.

USGreat customer service Great customer service. They may take 1-3 days to respond which was nerve wracking but I finally received a response when they received my return. They immediately shipped my exchange. Also their shipping is very fast, which I like!

USThis outfit was adorable….so pretty in… This outfit was adorable….so pretty in pink…..however it was a final sale and the sizing was way off! The image of sausage casing comes to mind! I should never purchased a knit/ sweater ensemble never having bought from you before. This would have fit my 12 year old granddaughter …I do not recall seeing a warning that it runs small. Very disappointing!

USBUYER BEWARE BUYER BEWARE I returned my Items!! Company issued a ROA and return label that USPS would not accept. So I included that label inside my return with a note- I purchased a return with tracking and the return was received over 2 months ago. Still no refund has been issued to me. I’ve called only to be on hold for ever or receive a recording that office is closed! Do not purchase anything through SILK & SALT-

USLove the jumpsuits I ordered Love the jumpsuits I ordered, and they came quick! I ordered the black and the multi-colored Twilight. Would love to order the multi-colored Peacock since I truly love the Twilight. I found the black jumpsuit a bit looser and longer than the Twilight. I look forward to wearing them both, especially on travel.
