USI haven’t received my bags yet I haven’t received my bags yet. When i track them it says they’ve been in Huntington Valley since April 4th & shows nothing else since April 7th. When i finally received my bags everything came in different colors and the excuse was the cut of the leathers. They said you can’t go by the pictures on the website because of lightning in the studio. All 3 bags i got the duffel bag the toiletries bag and the backpack all came in different colors that were not even remotely similar.And it’s been a hassle sending everything back.

All along the way, I received emails updating me on status. There was a snafu on 1 of the items but they informed me & quickly remedied the problem so that all items were received prior to my event date. Very impressive - the leather briefcase is good quality, our logo was embossed flawlessly & shipping was accurate & timely. Great partner that we hope to use again.
