GBI haven’t received my bags yet I haven’t received my bags yet. When i track them it says they’ve been in Huntington Valley since April 4th & shows nothing else since April 7th. When i finally received my bags everything came in different colors and the excuse was the cut of the leathers. They said you can’t go by the pictures on the website because of lightning in the studio. All 3 bags i got the duffel bag the toiletries bag and the backpack all came in different colors that were not even remotely similar.And it’s been a hassle sending everything back.

GBPoorly stitched bag Poorly stitched bag. Not very happy. If you can't sew leather properly, you shouldn't be working with it. The sewing is knotted. Something is wrong with your stitching machine! Being handmade is no excuse for poor quality!

AUThe Bag is absolutely beautiful. The Bag is absolutely beautiful and everything my wife desired it to be.....however it was delivered to a freight company which is a 50 Km round trip to collect instead of being delivered to the supplied home address. This was most inconvenient. Thank you for the gorgeous Bag.

GBI really appreciated that you all gave… I really appreciated that you all gave me a discounted bag for the mixup we had. I think it would be better if there were a field for each purchase for personalization. I entered both initials in another area that you all weren’t able to see, but they were provided to the customer. The customer has no way of knowing what fields the merchant can’t see.
