GBI ordered and paid for two leather… I ordered and paid for two leather bags, I have not received any of them and I have not received anything telling me where they are or how much longer it will take or if I am going to get them. All I have gotten is this review to fill out.

GBI really appreciated that you all gave… I really appreciated that you all gave me a discounted bag for the mixup we had. I think it would be better if there were a field for each purchase for personalization. I entered both initials in another area that you all weren’t able to see, but they were provided to the customer. The customer has no way of knowing what fields the merchant can’t see.

GBQuality Items & Service From start to finish, Classy Leather Bags earned their reputation for quality items and superior service. I ordered 35 items with personalization & told the rep my event was a month away. They provided a sample & once approved quickly produced the balance of the order. All along the way, I received emails updating me on status. There was a snafu on 1 of the items but they informed me & quickly remedied the problem so that all items were received prior to my event date. Very impressive - the leather briefcase is good quality, our logo was embossed flawlessly & shipping was accurate & timely. Great partner that we hope to use again.
