GBI ordered and paid for two leather… I ordered and paid for two leather bags, I have not received any of them and I have not received anything telling me where they are or how much longer it will take or if I am going to get them. All I have gotten is this review to fill out.

GBTerrible customer service Terrible customer service, tried to return a bag & sent multiple emails to their support. They said they would send me the return address, never did even after I asked multiple times more they just ignore me. Scammed & ignored. Also the bags are very poor quality

GBQuality Items & Service From start to finish, Classy Leather Bags earned their reputation for quality items and superior service. I ordered 35 items with personalization & told the rep my event was a month away. They provided a sample & once approved quickly produced the balance of the order. All along the way, I received emails updating me on status. There was a snafu on 1 of the items but they informed me & quickly remedied the problem so that all items were received prior to my event date. Very impressive - the leather briefcase is good quality, our logo was embossed flawlessly & shipping was accurate & timely. Great partner that we hope to use again.
