GBMisspelled name. My name was spelled wrong. It was missing letters. I was very dissapointed after paying an extra fee to have my name printed on it. Overall, the bag is good quality.

GBPoorly stitched bag Poorly stitched bag. Not very happy. If you can't sew leather properly, you shouldn't be working with it. The sewing is knotted. Something is wrong with your stitching machine! Being handmade is no excuse for poor quality!

GBI really appreciated that you all gave… I really appreciated that you all gave me a discounted bag for the mixup we had. I think it would be better if there were a field for each purchase for personalization. I entered both initials in another area that you all weren’t able to see, but they were provided to the customer. The customer has no way of knowing what fields the merchant can’t see.
