DEjoan bra I ordered a bra, reveived it and wanted to send it back because it did not fit. Mariemur rejected the return request on Feb. 11th. Reason: They told me that "they awarded the wearing instructions" to me (what is not correct). I explained them on Feb. 12th that it does not fit and has nothing to do with "wearing instructions". Until now there was no more answer from mariemur. So this is very bad service in my opinion.

USExceptional Customer Service Found you folks via instagram. Your products are absolutely gorgeous. I've had items in my shopping cart a few times but have yet to make the purchase, for reasons we won't get into here. One of your customer service reps reached out to me via email. Who does that?!?!? Great companies do. Completely unexpected and a little blown away. I honestly can't remember any other company doing anything close to this. To have somebody take the time to see how they could help....priceless. Keep doing what you're doing.....you just won this person over for life.

USItems are frequently out of stock in… Items are frequently out of stock in sizes most needed. Prices are high compared to other online retailers. Customer service is non existent.
