And Pylyp the rep responded immediately to our question and followed up as long as the set we're interested in became available! Mariemur is the Bordelle of leather. This is our 3rd purchase of harnesses and latex, and we love the craftsmanship.

GBExceptional Customer Service Found you folks via instagram. Your products are absolutely gorgeous. I've had items in my shopping cart a few times but have yet to make the purchase, for reasons we won't get into here. One of your customer service reps reached out to me via email. Who does that?!?!? Great companies do. Completely unexpected and a little blown away. I honestly can't remember any other company doing anything close to this. GBMy order was delayed for over 4 weeks My order was delayed for over 4 weeks. I reached out twice and received a generic “don’t worry it’s still coming” response. Then another week later I receive an email and half of my order is no longer available… so not cool.
