They were quick to respond to any inquiry and have shared the tracking details with me. Overall experience with Mariemur is more than 5 stars.

CABeautiful and delicate set I ordered the Milena garters and collar and absolutely love it. The colour (pink) is so delicate and feminine, but still very sexy. My partner absolutely loved it. My only suggestion would be to stick with your usual size. I'm very pear-shaped and bought according to my leg and hip size, but could have gone with sizing down to my regular size.

GBOrdered exactly one month ago and… Ordered exactly one month ago and NOTHING.. customer service regularly lies about the status of my shipment to buy time. I'm going to process a fraudulent case with my credit card as I've had enough of this nonesense They claim 2-7 shipping to USA but it's coming FROM UKRAINE .. no mention of that on their website.. total deceitful behavior

GBItems are frequently out of stock in… Items are frequently out of stock in sizes most needed. Prices are high compared to other online retailers. Customer service is non existent.

DEjoan bra I ordered a bra, reveived it and wanted to send it back because it did not fit. Mariemur rejected the return request on Feb. 11th. Reason: They told me that "they awarded the wearing instructions" to me (what is not correct). I explained them on Feb. 12th that it does not fit and has nothing to do with "wearing instructions". Until now there was no more answer from mariemur. So this is very bad service in my opinion.
