Disappointing to say the least. Don't order! Very obvious that this company only takes the time to respond to, somewhat questionable, positive reviews. Take responsibility! If you can't deliver, for whatever reason, refund your customers. A delay, when reasonable, is within expectation but weeks and months later and still no order...that is unacceptable. You don't proactively provide information about delays, I really can't relate to the 5 star "service". Excuses upon excuses, I am fed up. Refund!!

Exceptional Customer Service Found you folks via instagram. Your products are absolutely gorgeous. I've had items in my shopping cart a few times but have yet to make the purchase, for reasons we won't get into here. One of your customer service reps reached out to me via email. Who does that?!?!? Great companies do. Completely unexpected and a little blown away. I honestly can't remember any other company doing anything close to this. Grade A quality First of all, these products are of grade A quality. Secondly, even though it took a while until the product was delivered, the customer service was great.
