GBReal Leather + Easy to Wear + Great Customer Service Marie Mur has real leather products and the items are easy to wear. Marie Mur blew my mind! Especially after trying a ton of other brands and finding that the leather was garbage or getting frustrated because it took 30 minutes to figure out how to assemble the pieces. Their designs are unique and worth the money! Unlike other brands, they have great customer service just in case something didn't meet your expectations. The customer service team is actually responsive and helpful! I would recommend this brand to anybody that likes to dress up!

NLDisappointing to say the least. Don't order! Very obvious that this company only takes the time to respond to, somewhat questionable, positive reviews. Take responsibility! If you can't deliver, for whatever reason, refund your customers. A delay, when reasonable, is within expectation but weeks and months later and still no order...that is unacceptable. You don't proactively provide information about delays, I really can't relate to the 5 star "service". Excuses upon excuses, I am fed up. Refund!!

GBExceptional Customer Service Found you folks via instagram. Your products are absolutely gorgeous. I've had items in my shopping cart a few times but have yet to make the purchase, for reasons we won't get into here. One of your customer service reps reached out to me via email. Who does that?!?!? Great companies do. Completely unexpected and a little blown away. I honestly can't remember any other company doing anything close to this. To have somebody take the time to see how they could help....priceless. Keep doing what you're doing.....you just won this person over for life.

GBI absolutely LOVE MARIEMUR!! I absolutely LOVE MARIEMUR!!! My husband accidentally ordered a slightly larger size than what I could wear and customer service made my exchange experience very pleasant. I'm VERY excited to wear my new MARIEMUR soon and plan to order more!

DEjoan bra I ordered a bra, reveived it and wanted to send it back because it did not fit. Mariemur rejected the return request on Feb. 11th. Reason: They told me that "they awarded the wearing instructions" to me (what is not correct). I explained them on Feb. 12th that it does not fit and has nothing to do with "wearing instructions". Until now there was no more answer from mariemur. So this is very bad service in my opinion.
