GBMy order was delayed for over 4 weeks My order was delayed for over 4 weeks. I reached out twice and received a generic “don’t worry it’s still coming” response. Then another week later I receive an email and half of my order is no longer available… so not cool.

GBExcellent quality and experience! Bought this garter for my girlfriend as a surprise and was nervous about the fit and quality. Both were superb! The quality of the leather and the hardware is outstanding. The measurements were true to size and allowed for plenty of adjusting. Also had excellent assistance from Phillip and Anna. They were very attentive and answered all of my questions. Items arrived quickly and were packaged beautifully. Overall great experience!

GBMariemur, the Bordelle of leather lingerie Customer service is what makes a Brand great. They informed us immediately when there's a delay in getting our sets sent out. And Pylyp the rep responded immediately to our question and followed up as long as the set we're interested in became available! Mariemur is the Bordelle of leather. This is our 3rd purchase of harnesses and latex, and we love the craftsmanship.

GBExceptional Customer Service Found you folks via instagram. Your products are absolutely gorgeous. I've had items in my shopping cart a few times but have yet to make the purchase, for reasons we won't get into here. One of your customer service reps reached out to me via email. Who does that?!?!? Great companies do. Completely unexpected and a little blown away. I honestly can't remember any other company doing anything close to this.
