I've had items in my shopping cart a few times but have yet to make the purchase, for reasons we won't get into here. One of your customer service reps reached out to me via email. Who does that?!?!? Great companies do. Completely unexpected and a little blown away. I honestly can't remember any other company doing anything close to this. Mariemur, the Bordelle of leather lingerie Customer service is what makes a Brand great. They informed us immediately when there's a delay in getting our sets sent out. And Pylyp the rep responded immediately to our question and followed up as long as the set we're interested in became available! Mariemur is the Bordelle of leather. This is our 3rd purchase of harnesses and latex, and we love the craftsmanship.

Real Leather + Easy to Wear + Great Customer Service Marie Mur has real leather products and the items are easy to wear. Marie Mur blew my mind! Especially after trying a ton of other brands and finding that the leather was garbage or getting frustrated because it took 30 minutes to figure out how to assemble the pieces. Their designs are unique and worth the money! Unlike other brands, they have great customer service just in case something didn't meet your expectations. The customer service team is actually responsive and helpful! I would recommend this brand to anybody that likes to dress up!
