GBTerrible customer service and poor… Terrible customer service and poor goods quality. Rejected my return and offer no workaround. I'd definitely recommend to stay away from them

GBUnable to exchange for right size Item did not fit and attempted to initiate a size exchange online and website was having technical issues then when I tried later my exchange request was denied due to being over 14 days. Order was very pricey and now I cant use any of the items and I just threw a ton of money away. Will never order another product again from Mariemur due to not having trust that the website will work when needed and will be throwing away more money.

DEjoan bra I ordered a bra, reveived it and wanted to send it back because it did not fit. Mariemur rejected the return request on Feb. 11th. Reason: They told me that "they awarded the wearing instructions" to me (what is not correct). I explained them on Feb. 12th that it does not fit and has nothing to do with "wearing instructions". Until now there was no more answer from mariemur. So this is very bad service in my opinion.

GBLeather goddess I have most of the leather lingerie and corsets from Marie Mur and they’re all so sexy and flattering. Customer service is very good too :) my partner is very happy with my outfits ;)

HRGrade A quality First of all, these products are of grade A quality. Secondly, even though it took a while until the product was delivered, the customer service was great. They were quick to respond to any inquiry and have shared the tracking details with me. Overall experience with Mariemur is more than 5 stars.
