Disappointing to say the least. Don't order! Very obvious that this company only takes the time to respond to, somewhat questionable, positive reviews. Take responsibility! If you can't deliver, for whatever reason, refund your customers. A delay, when reasonable, is within expectation but weeks and months later and still no order...that is unacceptable. You don't proactively provide information about delays, I really can't relate to the 5 star "service". Excuses upon excuses, I am fed up. Refund!!

Beautiful and delicate set I ordered the Milena garters and collar and absolutely love it. The colour (pink) is so delicate and feminine, but still very sexy. My partner absolutely loved it. My only suggestion would be to stick with your usual size. I'm very pear-shaped and bought according to my leg and hip size, but could have gone with sizing down to my regular size.

Unable to exchange for right size Item did not fit and attempted to initiate a size exchange online and website was having technical issues then when I tried later my exchange request was denied due to being over 14 days. Order was very pricey and now I cant use any of the items and I just threw a ton of money away. Will never order another product again from Mariemur due to not having trust that the website will work when needed and will be throwing away more money.

My order was delayed for over 4 weeks My order was delayed for over 4 weeks. I reached out twice and received a generic “don’t worry it’s still coming” response. Then another week later I receive an email and half of my order is no longer available… so not cool.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service with follow up to make sure that I was satisfied. All questions were promptly and professionally answered. Our items shipped the day after our order was placed and exceeded our expectations. The materials were of excellent quality. Highly recommend them and will be ordering again in the future.
