GBOrdered exactly one month ago and… Ordered exactly one month ago and NOTHING.. customer service regularly lies about the status of my shipment to buy time. I'm going to process a fraudulent case with my credit card as I've had enough of this nonesense They claim 2-7 shipping to USA but it's coming FROM UKRAINE .. no mention of that on their website.. total deceitful behavior

HRGrade A quality First of all, these products are of grade A quality. Secondly, even though it took a while until the product was delivered, the customer service was great. They were quick to respond to any inquiry and have shared the tracking details with me. Overall experience with Mariemur is more than 5 stars.

GBExcellent quality and experience! Bought this garter for my girlfriend as a surprise and was nervous about the fit and quality. Both were superb! The quality of the leather and the hardware is outstanding. The measurements were true to size and allowed for plenty of adjusting. Also had excellent assistance from Phillip and Anna. They were very attentive and answered all of my questions. Items arrived quickly and were packaged beautifully. Overall great experience!

GBExceptional Customer Service Found you folks via instagram. Your products are absolutely gorgeous. I've had items in my shopping cart a few times but have yet to make the purchase, for reasons we won't get into here. One of your customer service reps reached out to me via email. Who does that?!?!? Great companies do. Completely unexpected and a little blown away. I honestly can't remember any other company doing anything close to this. To have somebody take the time to see how they could help....priceless. Keep doing what you're doing.....you just won this person over for life.

NLDisappointing to say the least. Don't order! Very obvious that this company only takes the time to respond to, somewhat questionable, positive reviews. Take responsibility! If you can't deliver, for whatever reason, refund your customers. A delay, when reasonable, is within expectation but weeks and months later and still no order...that is unacceptable. You don't proactively provide information about delays, I really can't relate to the 5 star "service". Excuses upon excuses, I am fed up. Refund!!
