The leather items are crafted thoughtfully and are very comfortable. They are sturdy and will definitely last. Most important, everything I order makes me feel sexy when I wear it.

Mariemur, the Bordelle of leather lingerie Customer service is what makes a Brand great. They informed us immediately when there's a delay in getting our sets sent out. And Pylyp the rep responded immediately to our question and followed up as long as the set we're interested in became available! Mariemur is the Bordelle of leather. This is our 3rd purchase of harnesses and latex, and we love the craftsmanship.

Disappointing to say the least. Don't order! Very obvious that this company only takes the time to respond to, somewhat questionable, positive reviews. Take responsibility! If you can't deliver, for whatever reason, refund your customers. A delay, when reasonable, is within expectation but weeks and months later and still no order...that is unacceptable. You don't proactively provide information about delays, I really can't relate to the 5 star "service". Excuses upon excuses, I am fed up. Refund!!

Terrible customer service and poor… Terrible customer service and poor goods quality. Rejected my return and offer no workaround. I'd definitely recommend to stay away from them
