GBUnable to exchange for right size Item did not fit and attempted to initiate a size exchange online and website was having technical issues then when I tried later my exchange request was denied due to being over 14 days. Order was very pricey and now I cant use any of the items and I just threw a ton of money away. Will never order another product again from Mariemur due to not having trust that the website will work when needed and will be throwing away more money.

GBReal Leather + Easy to Wear + Great Customer Service Marie Mur has real leather products and the items are easy to wear. Marie Mur blew my mind! Especially after trying a ton of other brands and finding that the leather was garbage or getting frustrated because it took 30 minutes to figure out how to assemble the pieces. Their designs are unique and worth the money! Unlike other brands, they have great customer service just in case something didn't meet your expectations. The customer service team is actually responsive and helpful! I would recommend this brand to anybody that likes to dress up!

GBI love ordering from Marie Mur I love ordering from Marie Mur. The quality is always exceptional, and the packaging makes the item seem all the more special. The leather items are crafted thoughtfully and are very comfortable. They are sturdy and will definitely last. Most important, everything I order makes me feel sexy when I wear it.

NLDisappointing to say the least. Don't order! Very obvious that this company only takes the time to respond to, somewhat questionable, positive reviews. Take responsibility! If you can't deliver, for whatever reason, refund your customers. A delay, when reasonable, is within expectation but weeks and months later and still no order...that is unacceptable. You don't proactively provide information about delays, I really can't relate to the 5 star "service". Excuses upon excuses, I am fed up. Refund!!
