Very poor service and quality!!! Ordered 1989 sweatshirt with two extra embroidered texts on selves. It arrived after 8 weeks , poor quality, not colour ordered , no extra embroidery!! At $20! Asked for refund no response from supplier! Sent three e mails and they just aren’t answering or responding or REFUNDING!! Will never deal with them again and would advise others not to

Failed to modify my order per their policy I ordered the wrong shirt and per the FAQ if I contacted within a few hours I could modify the order. The option I was given was to buy the shirt I wanted at full price (during a b1g1 50%) and they’d give me a code for free shipping on a future purchase. Despite me telling them how I wanted the issues resolved they chose not to do that and I just accepted the order the order the way I originally submitted it out of frustration. I don’t like the shirt I accidentally ordered - it’s a single color vinyl transfer I could have done myself - I wanted the embroidered version of the shirt but the broken system couldn’t fix my order so it is what it is. I won’t be ordering again.

Long wait for half my order Ordered sweatshirt and ornament -website advertised a free ornament with the sweatshirt purchase. Sounded perfect because I get my daughter a new ornament every year and this was the one! But it NEVER arrived!! I paid for “expedited” delivery but only the sweatshirt arrived 25 days later. Stores have put away Christmas items so I guess this will be the first time in 30 years she doesn’t get an ornament. Too bad because she likes the sweatshirt and we would have considered another order.

Do not buy from this company! Unlike what other reviews claim i actually got my order, but it took them over a month and the quality is the worst. I ordered an embroidered hoodie and a shirt, the hoodie was embroidered but it came directly from vietnam (not the USA as the website claims), it was way too small and the overall quality was just bad. The shirt came from the US but it wasn't even embroidered just printed very badly, one half of the picture is just blurry. I recommend strongly not to buy from them!
