Repeat customer I am a repeat customer of stitch elite. I love their designs and they are nice quality materials - not cheap feeling. Items received look exactly as they do online. I keep coming back for more.

The absolute WORST - don’t give them a single penny The absolute WORST! Most people don’t receive anything whatsoever, and of the few who receive items, it is often either the WRONG ITEM or the wrong size. When people call them out on Instagram, they delete anything negative and block those users. They also steal designs from small businesses. I ordered more than $200 of merchandise from them, waiting over a month for it to ship, reached out to customer service with zero reply for weeks, then when I finally called them out on Instagram, they cancelled my order and blocked me. This company is truly heinous and disgusting. DO NOT GIVE THEM A SINGLE PENNY!

way too late, but good quality bought a hoodie saying it would arrive the 14th, thinking it would arrive maybe 2-3 days late i was fine with it. came 10, 10! days late. it took a very long time to ship or even move at all from the spot it came from. customer service was fine, could do better. although all these negatives, the hoodie is very good condition and very soft on the inside, looks exactly like the picture.

Very poor service and quality!!! Ordered 1989 sweatshirt with two extra embroidered texts on selves. It arrived after 8 weeks , poor quality, not colour ordered , no extra embroidery!! At $20! Asked for refund no response from supplier! Sent three e mails and they just aren’t answering or responding or REFUNDING!! Will never deal with them again and would advise others not to

Not comfy Confusing listing lead me to purchase the wrong item. Their exchange policy did not allow me exchange items, only offered a discount to purchase another item. Print quality looks okay (although I haven’t washed it so I can’t speak to the durability), but T-shirt quality was poor, scratchy and not very comfortable.
