ESThe whole purchasing experience was a… The whole purchasing experience was a disapointment. The delivery time was initially two weeks, but It finally took more than one month. The fabric of the sweater is thin and the stiching is invisible. Strongly considering asking for refund.

GBUnfortunately this is not a company I… Unfortunately this is not a company I would recommend. I originally received the incorrect custom stitching along with the incorrect size. Ordered a large and received a medium. They have yet to ship the second piece of my order and it’s been nearly two months. Communication is not timely and I have not had answers to questions I repeatedly asked. I wish my experience was positive but it has been a lot of time emailing and getting nowhere.
