I also know I can count on them for any other quilting supplies I might need. When I received my most recent order I saw that I was missing two rolls of batting and gave them a call. The person on the other end was able to track down the problem and presto! The two missing rolls of batting were on their way. I knew there wouldn't be any problem! Wonderful Customer Service and Product I fell in love with a kit (Over & Down Under - All Through the Night) and after thinking about it for a day went to place the order and it was no longer available. So I purchased the pattern, then the jelly roll, then the additional filler fabric. When I realized that I should have purchased everything at once to save on the shipping price, I called Connecting Threads and talked to a lovely lady who made everything right. I am so pleased with the fabric and instructions.

Connecting Threads is very responsive… Connecting Threads is very responsive to requests. I need additional fabric for a quilt kit because I didn't read the instructions correctly. They replaced the fabric, however, USPS somehow lost the package. I called and they replaced the missing fabric again. I appreciated this very much. The fabric is beautiful and I can't wait to see the finished quilt.
