I had a problem with an item not being delivered - I had actually forgot about it and then realized it had been a month. When I looked up the transit information it was just stuck somewhere. They had a replacement sent via 2 day mail.

I also know I can count on them for any other quilting supplies I might need. When I received my most recent order I saw that I was missing two rolls of batting and gave them a call. The person on the other end was able to track down the problem and presto! The two missing rolls of batting were on their way. I knew there wouldn't be any problem!
