As a Canadian customer, I’m pleased that the offer of free shipping is included with orders over $85USD. Even with adding in the the exchange rate to our Canadian Dollar, the prices are very good. I've always had good service. I've always had good service with Connecting Threads. I recently placed a very large order for thread online. I checked my order before I hit the last button to place the order because it did involve both polyester and cotton and in many different colors. When it arrived there were 5 cones in one of the colors and I had only ordered 4. The invoice showed I had ordered 5 instead of 4. I called to see if I had been charged for this extra cone. I had been but the person I talked with didn't suggest I had ordered incorrectly and promptly credited my card for the price of the extra cone and told me just to keep it. She was very personable during the interaction.

Thank you I've ordered from Connecting Threads several times over the last few years and have always been happy with my fabric or whatever else I ordered. Even though I live in Canada, there's never been an issue. I make childrens quilts most of the time and if I had anything negative to say it would be that I'd love a bit more childrens designs but otherwise I've always managed to find lots of basics to choose from.

I was short 1 item but was charged for… I was short 1 item but was charged for it on my credit card. Called and after 22 minutes on hold was told they would give me a store credit. I told them in 2 emails that I wanted credited to my CC as I wasn't willing to order $65 in merchandise to get free shipping. Item they left out was $10.50.
