GB“Happiness Guarantee” Love what the company has to offer, however their website is very difficult to search. Ordered an expensive duvet and the fabric was thin (similar to a sheet). So disappointed. I even PAID for a swatch prior, but sometimes it’s difficult to gauge off of a tiny piece. For the price, I would have expected a higher end fabric. They have a “happiness guarantee,” however would not consider a return/exchange/refund. I will not be buying from them again.

DEGreat and very helpful customer… Great and very helpful customer service. Quick delivery and just beautiful fabric. If you order from Germany - like myself - you have to be aware that there will be German taxes on top of the price.

GBI needed help and I was trying to set a… I needed help and I was trying to set a day to speak to someone on the phone and I just kept getting an automated email explaining the policies. That was no help to me at all.
