GBMinky fabric printing VERY dark and contrasty I ordered some Minky fabric (fat quarters) during a pretty good sale. The fabric I ordered was mainly my own designs, although I did Order a couple that were other designs. I was very disappointed in that all of the Minky came out really, really dark and very contrasty- Fabric I was unable to use. It took me a while to get a hold of anyone through Spoonflower - I was finally able to reach someone through messaging directly off the webpage and they contacted me within a couple of days. They said they never got my emails. The order was reprinted and sent again with fairly fast shipping, which was much appreciated. Unfortunately, the order came out exactly the same. Very dark and unusable. In the meantime, I had ordered the same exact designs printed on polartec fleece (which was awesome, but almost printed too light… very happy with those, though). When I contacted them a second time after the reprint also came back very dark, I just received a message that I should order 8 inch squares before I order any printed fabric to be sure they will print OK.😳 I was very disappointed in that because my email asked if it was possible for them to change the contrast and brightness settings when they print the fabric because the designs are not dark contrast not only my designs but other designs. It’s hit or miss some designs come out beautifully… others really not. So I have two sets of orders that I paid quite a bit bit of money for that. I just absolutely cannot even use. I have just switched to the Polartec fleece, which is a wonderful fabric for doll clothes and does print beautifully. I have absolutely loved some of the Minky. I have purchased in the past, but won’t order Minky anymore.

GBFabulous Customer Service We had placed two similar custom fabric orders. On the 1st order the design had blurred edges with no crisp lines (featured a paw print & heart) while the 2nd order seemed to have no issues. We reached out about a reprint and the team was very helpful and took care of the issue. We received the reprint today and our team was very happy with crisp & clean printed design. Thank you Liz & Spoonflower team!!

GBThe first thing was to learn how to get the type of fabric needed. The first thing was to learn how the site worked with ordering the material, then going to what fabric you wanted, and how much material/fabric you needed to order was my learning curb. After that was done I was happy to order, but one downfall was no material had any sparkly fabric. I still need to find out what my Kuspuk will look like on me. It is for my graduation that I am going to wear the new Kuspuk with the fabric bought from Spoonflower, I will give an update w/maybe photo's?

GBMy experience with SpoonFlower... I was looking for a fabric backer for the quilt I was making, and wanted to find specific colors in an interesting pattern. I had already checked the local fabric shops and came up dry, so I decided to shop online instead--and when I discovered SpoonFlower I was thrilled to see they literally have of thousands of colors and patterns available. I browsed through their selection, and placed an order. When my fabric arrived I was very pleasantly surprised at the vivid colors of the design and the high quality of the fabric. I love the print-on-demand concept, and will shop here again because of the incredibly vast selection, and the quality of the finished product. There's certainly cheaper fabric available elsewhere, but for sure I'll buy again from SpoonFlower; what a great find they are!

GBI get quick responses to my questions I get quick responses to my questions. I joined Spoonflower to have my art/photos printed on material so I can make my own tops and moomoo's. I've not been disappointed since joining in April 2020.
