The not so good and then there was good I find it frustrating that I cannot get a response from a real person. The AI or bot in support is less than adequate. They do not answer questions and trying to get an email from a real person is nonexistent as far as I can tell. That's too bad because I love Spoonflower. BUT, I do have a glowing report about Spoonflower's order fulfillment. I have a store on Etsy that has all my Spoonflower work for sale. Etsy had approved an order which I was fulfilling in Spoonflower. Spoonflower stopped the order because the mailing address was to an abandon building. Why Etsy did not catch this I don't know. But Spoonflower did and I am grateful for that. Thank you guys!

“Happiness Guarantee” Love what the company has to offer, however their website is very difficult to search. Ordered an expensive duvet and the fabric was thin (similar to a sheet). So disappointed. I even PAID for a swatch prior, but sometimes it’s difficult to gauge off of a tiny piece. For the price, I would have expected a higher end fabric. They have a “happiness guarantee,” however would not consider a return/exchange/refund. I will not be buying from them again.

Fabulous Customer Service We had placed two similar custom fabric orders. On the 1st order the design had blurred edges with no crisp lines (featured a paw print & heart) while the 2nd order seemed to have no issues. We reached out about a reprint and the team was very helpful and took care of the issue. We received the reprint today and our team was very happy with crisp & clean printed design. The first thing was to learn how to get the type of fabric needed. The first thing was to learn how the site worked with ordering the material, then going to what fabric you wanted, and how much material/fabric you needed to order was my learning curb. After that was done I was happy to order, but one downfall was no material had any sparkly fabric. I still need to find out what my Kuspuk will look like on me. It is for my graduation that I am going to wear the new Kuspuk with the fabric bought from Spoonflower, I will give an update w/maybe photo's?
