The canvas print displays everything perfectly very professional and in the right precedence highest to lowest. All of this for way less than other shadow box products other retailers offer. The price was right and customer satisfaction was there to resolve any issues. The entire process only took a few days and product was complete and arrived at my location in a timely manner. Long production times, lost shipping, 0 on customer service. My first order took 14 days to ship. Once shipped, it stopped showing progress on the tracking link. After days of no progress I reached out to customer service who replied “ We consider an order lost and will replace/refund an order if there are 10 business days without a scan to a valid domestic address in the contiguous 48 states”. TEN DAYS of no movement is ridiculous. Ofcourse I waited the 10 days and it was lost. I requested a refund as I couldn’t wait another month for this gift to arrive. They completely ignored my request and said they were in the process of creating a replacement. I requested shipping be expedited, this was their response “We are still working on your replacement item, however, I've inquired for more updates from our Production team. Please allow an additional 2 to 5 business days for the tracking update Thanks for your continued patience!!” So basically no they won’t expedite and that email was 5 days ago and no tracking link yet. I am sure this will come late Feb, if at all. Spare yourself the hot mess disaster don’t order from these guys!

Unprofessional and unreliable Only putting one star because I have to. I ordered a custom blanket over a week ago. They took my money no problem but have yet to provide me with any shipping information. But are real quick to send e mails to buy more of their products. Sorry your way of running a business is beyond unprofessional. I would like tracking information in regard to my order immediately. I would like to know if my purchase made is actually legit or my money was thrown away.

Very Impressed High Quality Material and Incredible 3D Graphics. I got this for my brother who is a Marine Vietnam Veteran and he absolutely loved it! The quality of the shirt is amazing and my brother commented how soft it is.The 3D graphics are Incredible, He loves the fact that it has his name on one sleeve and his rank on the other. It also says Vietnam Veteran on the right breast plate and has an awesome Marine Corp Emblem running from top to bottom on the left breast plate. Very cool shirt!
