Love this Company and all they have for everyone I am extremely impressed with the quality, selection and speed of service of the products I have received from Interest Pod. I have purchased a vast array of items ranging from Christmas Ornaments of my wife and I at a fishing outting (2D), framed canvas prints of Military service, awards, and duty locations in an imaginative canvas product. Recently I had made a satin 16x24” caricature of myself, my wife and my mother-in-law with wings, as she has passed on. Very well done, professional, and compassionate for a family who has lost someone. I highly recommend InterestPod for a wide array of items from military service to family memorabilia.

Long production times, lost shipping, 0 on customer service. My first order took 14 days to ship. Once shipped, it stopped showing progress on the tracking link. After days of no progress I reached out to customer service who replied “ We consider an order lost and will replace/refund an order if there are 10 business days without a scan to a valid domestic address in the contiguous 48 states”. TEN DAYS of no movement is ridiculous. Ofcourse I waited the 10 days and it was lost. I requested a refund as I couldn’t wait another month for this gift to arrive. They completely ignored my request and said they were in the process of creating a replacement. I requested shipping be expedited, this was their response “We are still working on your replacement item, however, I've inquired for more updates from our Production team. Please allow an additional 2 to 5 business days for the tracking update Thanks for your continued patience!!” So basically no they won’t expedite and that email was 5 days ago and no tracking link yet. I am sure this will come late Feb, if at all. Spare yourself the hot mess disaster don’t order from these guys!

Exceptional customer service! Exceptional customer service! I noted in my review that the ornament I ordered was very cute but wished it was larger. I was notified that they would send me a larger version, at no cost. I didn’t expect that. I received the ornament today and absolutely love it. I will definitely order from them again. I placed an order on 12/23/23…. I placed an order on 12/23/23….. extremely excited about the gift to my special person …. I’m disappointed in myself for not doing my research. He sent me this site and told me he would like a canvas so guess what? I ordered it ….. I received order info and everyday i check …. The date change to to following day. I email the customer service …. No response. This is not how a business should be conducted ….. I’m trying to be patient but sheesh …. Say something …. Praying he receives it soon
