Placed an order on 8/3/23 Placed an order on 8/3/23. Three weeks later, there is absolutely no status update, and no shipping info. Ordered a shirt for a retirement party, and allowed almost FOUR WEEKS for delivery, and there is NO info as to when/if it might be received. Total scam; delivery times listed on site say 2-4 days for production, 5-7 for delivery. If that was true, I’d have had item 4 or 5 days ago, worst case scenario.

What a major rip off What a major rip off. I purchased the First responder hoodie for my husband for Christmas. $60 for this thing and it looks like crap. Shiny cheap material and stitched from what looks like a child. I tried complaining but apparently they don’t see anything wrong with it. This business needs to be shut down. All they are doing is ripping people off. People DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Long production times, lost shipping, 0 on customer service. My first order took 14 days to ship. Once shipped, it stopped showing progress on the tracking link. After days of no progress I reached out to customer service who replied “ We consider an order lost and will replace/refund an order if there are 10 business days without a scan to a valid domestic address in the contiguous 48 states”. TEN DAYS of no movement is ridiculous. Ofcourse I waited the 10 days and it was lost. I requested a refund as I couldn’t wait another month for this gift to arrive. They completely ignored my request and said they were in the process of creating a replacement. I requested shipping be expedited, this was their response “We are still working on your replacement item, however, I've inquired for more updates from our Production team. Please allow an additional 2 to 5 business days for the tracking update Thanks for your continued patience!!” So basically no they won’t expedite and that email was 5 days ago and no tracking link yet. I am sure this will come late Feb, if at all. Spare yourself the hot mess disaster don’t order from these guys!

I received my second military service… I received my second military service poster and it looks great hanging in my office. Interest Pod, certainly out did themselves with this one. The quality and look of it has people in awe! Another great job, Interest Pod.
