I was notified that they would send me a larger version, at no cost. I didn’t expect that. I received the ornament today and absolutely love it. I will definitely order from them again. Placed an order on 8/3/23 Placed an order on 8/3/23. Three weeks later, there is absolutely no status update, and no shipping info. Ordered a shirt for a retirement party, and allowed almost FOUR WEEKS for delivery, and there is NO info as to when/if it might be received. Total scam; delivery times listed on site say 2-4 days for production, 5-7 for delivery. If that was true, I’d have had item 4 or 5 days ago, worst case scenario.

In my case it was a welcome surprise to have no issues. … In my case it was a welcome surprise to receive everything I asked for. The correct size, the information printed on the shirt was correct, delivery was timely. These may sound like meanial things but I have delt with vendors whereby everything ordered was incorrect.
