Good service My card on file was cancelled but replacement did not arrive by payment date. Open Phone were helpful in resolving my issue.

Easy to use, configure, and implement OpenPhone has been a great addition to our business! Before OpenPhone, we had segmented phones with lines that were difficult to set up and share calls and messages. Whatever doesn't work, OpenPhone's support has been quick to help us resolve. I'd highly recommend!

Terrible 😞 Terrible 😞! If you need any type of customer service, care or communication this is NOT for you! Even though this is a “communication” company they do a terrible job communicating!!!! At this point, I would pay more for better service. Pick something else!!!!! Don’t do this if you have a real business! This is fine for start up projects. But if you need a business to rely on this is NOT IT!

Great App & Customer Service OpenPhone's customer service is very attentive and quickly helps solve any issues you may have. If there is not a possible solution, they make sure to reply with details and not just say it can't be done. Also, the app is great for communicating with my team members who live in the US.
