If there is not a possible solution, they make sure to reply with details and not just say it can't be done. Also, the app is great for communicating with my team members who live in the US.

I just tried signing up for a chat to see if they fix that and it told me my chat would start in 11 days seven hours and 25 minutes… I wish this was an option for my business

CAWhen I initially set up my profile When I initially set up my profile, I signed up for the Starter Pack, which was advertised as $19 per month. This subscription was billed annually. In addition to this, I opted for the free option to add another user to my account. Recently, while reviewing my account transactions while completing my taxes, I noticed some discrepancies. On May 17th 2023, I expected to see the annual fee charged, but I also observed unauthorized transactions on June 12th 2023 for $145.56 and again June 28 for $25.69. Lastly, the app never accepted any calls I completely forgot about it because it was no use. Do not bother.

CRGood service My card on file was cancelled but replacement did not arrive by payment date. Open Phone were helpful in resolving my issue.
