GBCustomer service is terrible Customer service is terrible It does not has customer support at all, they don't take phone or no response to email. it looks like scam!! Vounage has better customer support even though they don't have good products.

DO``Simplcity efficiency, effectivity and productivity in a click´´. I love how simple it is to use OpenPhone, which helps me to effectively and swiftly interact with our leads and our team members Via calls and text messages. Another great feature is the ability to use other team members Phone numbers to reach our buyers or sellers. This especially comes in handy, when our leads start ghosting us, lol. Great application, thanks for creating it!

GBSimple, yet powerful software I love how simple OpenPhone is to use, how fast it was to configure, how quickly they registered us with The Campaign Registry, and the simplicity of their UI. Unfortunately, the lack of support for desk phones was a showstopper for us, but OpenPhone support did a great job communicating with us and even issued us a refund!

GBTerrible 😞 Terrible 😞! If you need any type of customer service, care or communication this is NOT for you! Even though this is a “communication” company they do a terrible job communicating!!!! At this point, I would pay more for better service. Pick something else!!!!! Don’t do this if you have a real business! This is fine for start up projects. But if you need a business to rely on this is NOT IT!
