LTIt's just what I needed I needed a phone number in the US. I've tried various other solutions, but these were quite complicated and stuffed with features for sales processes. This one, even though it can be integrated similarly (I think), has such a simplified UI and just the main things brought to the front that I need. I called my friends in the US to make sure it worked well, and the quality didn't disappoint me. 👌

GBEasy to use, configure, and implement OpenPhone has been a great addition to our business! Before OpenPhone, we had segmented phones with lines that were difficult to set up and share calls and messages. Whatever doesn't work, OpenPhone's support has been quick to help us resolve. GBI started a trial and I did my first… I started a trial and I did my first phone call and the caller ID was another companies. They told me there's nothing they could do about changing it to mine. I just tried signing up for a chat to see if they fix that and it told me my chat would start in 11 days seven hours and 25 minutes… I wish this was an option for my business

GBCustomer service is terrible Customer service is terrible It does not has customer support at all, they don't take phone or no response to email. it looks like scam!! Vounage has better customer support even though they don't have good products.

GBSimple, yet powerful software I love how simple OpenPhone is to use, how fast it was to configure, how quickly they registered us with The Campaign Registry, and the simplicity of their UI. Unfortunately, the lack of support for desk phones was a showstopper for us, but OpenPhone support did a great job communicating with us and even issued us a refund!
