In addition to this, I opted for the free option to add another user to my account. Recently, while reviewing my account transactions while completing my taxes, I noticed some discrepancies. On May 17th 2023, I expected to see the annual fee charged, but I also observed unauthorized transactions on June 12th 2023 for $145.56 and again June 28 for $25.69. Lastly, the app never accepted any calls I completely forgot about it because it was no use. Do not bother.
