Got only a fraction of what I ordered and paid for The tulle was very nice, however I order one yard (36”) but received about 12” instead (30% of the amount). I ordered them for samples, so it’s fine but I’m afraid to order more because I’m not sure what I will get. I sent an email to luxetulle over a week ago and have not received a response.

This company is spam This company is spam. I have not received the item I ordered, and despite reaching out to customer service, I received no response. To make matters worse, the website was shut down after I placed my order, resulting in the theft of my money.

Like one of the previous comments Like one of the previous comments, my order has been stuck in Saddlebrook NJ for a month now. No one reached out to me about any delays and I eventually emailed someone who promised to send out a new order but hasn't provided any new information or timeline to when the fabric will arrive. I'm pretty disappointed because I took a shot on a company that I was hoping to use for a lot of wedding dresses. Oh well. I hope I get what I ordered at some point.
