GBpoor customer service I ordered a 3 color swatch but did not receive a confirmation email. I wrote to customer support but got no response. When the package arrived, it was the wrong item with color selection that did not match the website. I contacted customer support again but received no response. Poor customer service and quality control.

GBLike one of the previous comments Like one of the previous comments, my order has been stuck in Saddlebrook NJ for a month now. No one reached out to me about any delays and I eventually emailed someone who promised to send out a new order but hasn't provided any new information or timeline to when the fabric will arrive. I'm pretty disappointed because I took a shot on a company that I was hoping to use for a lot of wedding dresses. Oh well. I hope I get what I ordered at some point.

GBTHE BEST I said it once and i'll say it again. Amazing quality! I can't find anyone else who offers more "bang for your buck" as well as friendly customer service, customizable options, and over all, and absolutely wonderful product. 10/10 would recommend

GBHaven't received order! I ordered fabric on January 10. I haven't had a shipping update since the label was created on January 16. It's still in Saddlebrook, NJ.

GB25% FABRIC SHORTAGE 25% FABRIC SHORTAGE II purchased 10 yards soft tulle, received 7-1/2 yards! Tulle was rolled into a small ball and arrived creased & badly wrinkled, no amount of steaming would remove!!! I delayed contacting Luxetulle due to illness. It took 4 emails for Luxteulle to respond. Luxetulle's solution... 20% discount on NEW ORDER!I I have no intention in ordering additional tulle from Luxetulle due to yardage shortage and poor condition of order received! Luxetulle is unethical and unprofessional! Customer service is practically non-existent. BEWARE!!! Conchetta Rizza
