GBGot only a fraction of what I ordered and paid for The tulle was very nice, however I order one yard (36”) but received about 12” instead (30% of the amount). I ordered them for samples, so it’s fine but I’m afraid to order more because I’m not sure what I will get. I sent an email to luxetulle over a week ago and have not received a response.

GBpoor customer service I ordered a 3 color swatch but did not receive a confirmation email. I wrote to customer support but got no response. When the package arrived, it was the wrong item with color selection that did not match the website. I contacted customer support again but received no response. Poor customer service and quality control.
