GBHaven't received order! I ordered fabric on January 10. I haven't had a shipping update since the label was created on January 16. It's still in Saddlebrook, NJ.

GBLike one of the previous comments Like one of the previous comments, my order has been stuck in Saddlebrook NJ for a month now. No one reached out to me about any delays and I eventually emailed someone who promised to send out a new order but hasn't provided any new information or timeline to when the fabric will arrive. I'm pretty disappointed because I took a shot on a company that I was hoping to use for a lot of wedding dresses. Oh well. I hope I get what I ordered at some point.

GBpoor customer service I ordered a 3 color swatch but did not receive a confirmation email. I wrote to customer support but got no response. When the package arrived, it was the wrong item with color selection that did not match the website. I contacted customer support again but received no response. Poor customer service and quality control.
