Non-delivered tulle, no response This company did not deliver my fabric. It has been over a month. I sent them an email and asked them to look into it. They said they would and then no response. After sending 4 more messages and trying to call with no response I am contacting PayPal and my credit card company. I am very disappointed and would not recommend them.

Tulle was rolled into a small ball and arrived creased & badly wrinkled, no amount of steaming would remove!!! I delayed contacting Luxetulle due to illness. It took 4 emails for Luxteulle to respond. Luxetulle's solution... 20% discount on NEW ORDER!I I have no intention in ordering additional tulle from Luxetulle due to yardage shortage and poor condition of order received! Luxetulle is unethical and unprofessional! Customer service is practically non-existent. BEWARE!!! Conchetta Rizza
