However, within a day, I received a notification stating that my wallet number was incorrect. I promptly provided my wallet number again via email. Since then, I've received the same automated response every day: my request will be processed within 24 hours!!! Several days have passed, leaving me feeling uncertain and disappointed by the lack of customer service. The lack of communication and lengthy processing times have greatly shaken my trust in this website. I hope my issue will be resolved soon, but until then, I cannot recommend TransferFi positively.
