A good service and quality products A good service and quality products. The only thing I would say for the company to review, is to automatically send out the tracking information. Because they didn't, I sadly missed the delivery and had to collect it from my nearest post office a couple of days later. That's ok, but my PO is over 7 miles away, hence the delivery! The tool arrived on time however once… The tool arrived on time however once I put the grabber in its correct position I.e. turn it. The jaws would not re open very well.i ended up using wd 40. So I have to question was it fit for purpose?

The service I have recieved from Helping Hand has been excellent. Their litter pickers are very good quality (we have yet to have a single one break), their prices are good and delivery is very prompt.

Does the job no fuss. Easy to order. Prompt delivery by royal mail. Litter picker did need string retying. Have used one of these regularly for some years and it is very good.
