Great product and great support team! Support staff answers email quickly, even at midnight! It's like these guys are operating on my time zone, which is no sleep zone! Support staff is also very knowledgeable about their products and provided accurate information. The tent itself is exactly what I expected: lightweight and feature packed. There's no false advertisement here. However, just know that depending on your rack and mounting, there is a chance that you'll need to come up with your own mounting solutions. All in all, very happy with my purchase!

Still haven’t received an update Didn’t receive a tracking within “5-7 business days” then got an email saying there is a delay on freight. Haven’t received the tent yet so i can’t comment on quality. Hoping i don’t have to wait another two weeks to get an update. Most likely will request a refund.

We need more companies like this. So far, customer service is top-notch. Website is clear and easy to navigate. IO clearly wants to change how the Overland ideal is played.
