GBMisrepresented shipping rates signal more red flags I spent a lot of time researching rooftop tents and had a good chunk of that time wasted by Inspired Overland's misrepresented shipping rates. They were quick to reach out about shipping costing almost double the $350 rate listed ($620), but were not very helpful about anything after that (and had already promptly charged my credit card...). When I called to chat I left several messages before reaching a person. They hadn't read my emailed response for an entire business day and were more concerned with setting me straight on shipping costs than making things right. Everything came across as very unprofessional and fly-by-night, and I'm ultimately glad to have learned to avoid products from Inspired Overland. Wish I hadn't wasted the time, though.

GB100/10 I cannot say enough great… 100/10 I cannot say enough great things. From product to customer service, top notch. A hiccup occurred with shipping and it was nothing huge but let me tell you I felt like the most important chick ever with how these guys went above and beyond to handle the situation and do right by the customer. Especially since the situation wasn’t even something they could control but that didn’t stop them from making it right. So, if you want quality, confidence and greatness here’s your pick. If you want mediocre go to Amazon (you’ll be disappointed).

GBGreat product and great support team! Support staff answers email quickly, even at midnight! It's like these guys are operating on my time zone, which is no sleep zone! Support staff is also very knowledgeable about their products and provided accurate information. The tent itself is exactly what I expected: lightweight and feature packed. There's no false advertisement here. However, just know that depending on your rack and mounting, there is a chance that you'll need to come up with your own mounting solutions. All in all, very happy with my purchase!

GBStill haven’t received an update Didn’t receive a tracking within “5-7 business days” then got an email saying there is a delay on freight. Haven’t received the tent yet so i can’t comment on quality. Hoping i don’t have to wait another two weeks to get an update. Most likely will request a refund.

GBNo communication I was on vacation in the California desert. I had no service and didn’t receive the email about the payoff for the rtt. By the time I had service again, I received a 2nd email and only had a couple of days left to pay the balance. Some advanced notice would have been great. I thought final payment was due at pickup. I never had any correspondence otherwise. Communication goes a long way.
