We need more companies like this. So far, customer service is top-notch. Website is clear and easy to navigate. IO clearly wants to change how the Overland ideal is played.

Great light weight and thin RTT for the cost Although there was a damaged on the box due to 3rd party delivery service, no damaged was seen on the RTT. Everything said on the website was on point. Used it once in Big Bear and had a pleasant time sleeping in the tent. Customer service was great coz I lost the clip for the bungee cord while closing, and Inspired Overland replaced the bungee cord promptly. Looking forward for more adventures with this tent. Might upgrade the mattress eventually to a 3 inch thick mattress.

Still haven’t received an update Didn’t receive a tracking within “5-7 business days” then got an email saying there is a delay on freight. Haven’t received the tent yet so i can’t comment on quality. Hoping i don’t have to wait another two weeks to get an update. Most likely will request a refund.

A hiccup occurred with shipping and it was nothing huge but let me tell you I felt like the most important chick ever with how these guys went above and beyond to handle the situation and do right by the customer. Especially since the situation wasn’t even something they could control but that didn’t stop them from making it right. So, if you want quality, confidence and greatness here’s your pick. If you want mediocre go to Amazon (you’ll be disappointed).
