GBIf there were zero stars If there were zero stars, that would be appropriate. Rented an RV. Picked it up and drove 20 miles to learn the leaf spring broke and it could have been catastrophic. In a nutshell, we got the run around. My husband and I were both calling different departments and Outdoorsy literally did nothing. Said they were sending roadside assistance and never did. We were on the side of the road in the dark for two hours before we left the RV to find a hotel. Next day we were told to call our own roadside assistance. They were then going to help us find another camper...nope. Nothing. No reimbursment for our hotel because they only do that for trip interuptions. HUH? We went camping and didnt have a camper anymore. If that isnt a trip interruption, what is? We spent double what we budgeted bc we had to get a hotel room. All our camping food spoiled and Outdoorsy did squat. They did offer ten percent off our next camper. Why would we rent from them again. Our acct number was 5258431 Under my husbands name. Jason

GBWe love the peace of mind we get… We love the peace of mind we get renting our van through Outdoorsy. Knowing my guests and I are 100% covered if anything were to happen makes the process so much more enjoyable. The app and platform for hosting needs improvement but I think Outdoorsy is working on it.

GBHi my name is Hunter Anstine Outdoorsy… Hi my name is Hunter Anstine Outdoorsy is a complete scam. They set up my deal, the renter flaked on me and I was still charged $3,072.19 for a rental I never received. I had to rent a separate vehicle from Enterprise. Don’t trust anything you see about Outdoorsy it’s all clever marketing to cover up scandalous behavior. To be clear Outdoorsy is not hearing me. The owner did not communicate with me appropriately and the did not deliver the vehicle. He told me he was leaving it somewhere unlocked with the keys in the cup holder and a contract to sign. That is sketchy as heck. And after that Outdoorsy took the sketchy owners side. Shame. I was not a cancellation or a no show, the renter was.

GBI love renting both my 2022 Mallard and my Greywolf, 2024 with outdoorsy!!! I love renting my two rvs in this platform we are located in Kissimmee / Orlando location and I rent out a Mallard 2022 and a Greywolf, 2024 they make renting with them so easy and the customers I have met are always so polite and returning customers. They love renting with me through this company and how easy it is. Thank you so much outdoorsy for being such an amazing platform to be able to give customers the most amazing Rv experiences ever.

GBGood communication and quick response, and a suggestion Overall great communication and good options. Something to consider for the traveler or event the owner is to see if Outdoorsy could offer travel insurance for RV rentals that are outside of the range of the owner. Considering an RV service call is anywhere from $150-200 for the call I would have gladly paid $100 plus deductible for peace of mind if anything happens out in the road. I know it's not a thing now, but maybe it could be? Maybe offer it as a membership like triple A but for unseen repairs. Food for thought.
