Great company and service The company does a good job of providing a platform to connector renters with rv/trailer owners. The fees are reasonable in comparison to other such sites and the experience is generally more easy going. If I could provide a piece of constructive criticism, as an owner I regularly receive booking requests or messages while I am away from my PC, but the phone app (at least the iPhone app) does not have a "host" mode that allows me to review the booking request and it can be tricky to get the information pulled up on my mobile browser sometimes. Additionally, I have found that I cannot rely on the message-to-text capability. I have regularly received inquiries or messages from guests that do not show up as a text message on my phone while others do. It would provide a much better experience if this were more consistent.

Outdoorsy is GREAT! Outdoorsy has made connecting with potential renters and the actual rental process a breeze. The app is usher friendly. There are certain features that are not available on the app. I feel there should be a disclosure for those aspects stating not available in app. But overall I love Outdoorsy

They set up my deal, the renter flaked on me and I was still charged $3,072.19 for a rental I never received. I had to rent a separate vehicle from Enterprise. Don’t trust anything you see about Outdoorsy it’s all clever marketing to cover up scandalous behavior. To be clear Outdoorsy is not hearing me. The owner did not communicate with me appropriately and the did not deliver the vehicle. He told me he was leaving it somewhere unlocked with the keys in the cup holder and a contract to sign. That is sketchy as heck. And after that Outdoorsy took the sketchy owners side. Shame. I was not a cancellation or a no show, the renter was.

Outdoorsy Great site, great support Outdoorsy is a great site that connects RV owners with RV renters. It’s so easy to use their app or website. Why not make money when your RV isn’t being used for yourself. Outdoorsy support is always fast and helpful. Sometimes you have questions or a renter wants your RV for an extra day and Outdoorsy takes care of the details. Better than renting independently.
