USMy RV was damaged by a renter My RV was damaged by a renter, and I am currently waiting on Outdoorsy to accept the accrued costs because my RV is losing value every day. It has been a really horrible process. This is totally unsatisfactory because I was informed that I have to wait for the renter's primary insurance company to reject the claim before they will take it up. I am currently waiting for their response and dealing with daily loss. Very dissatisfied with Outdoorsy's handling of this situation.

USI love renting both my 2022 Mallard and my Greywolf, 2024 with outdoorsy!!! I love renting my two rvs in this platform we are located in Kissimmee / Orlando location and I rent out a Mallard 2022 and a Greywolf, 2024 they make renting with them so easy and the customers I have met are always so polite and returning customers. They love renting with me through this company and how easy it is. Thank you so much outdoorsy for being such an amazing platform to be able to give customers the most amazing Rv experiences ever.

USWe love the peace of mind we get… We love the peace of mind we get renting our van through Outdoorsy. Knowing my guests and I are 100% covered if anything were to happen makes the process so much more enjoyable. The app and platform for hosting needs improvement but I think Outdoorsy is working on it.

USGreat company and service The company does a good job of providing a platform to connector renters with rv/trailer owners. The fees are reasonable in comparison to other such sites and the experience is generally more easy going. If I could provide a piece of constructive criticism, as an owner I regularly receive booking requests or messages while I am away from my PC, but the phone app (at least the iPhone app) does not have a "host" mode that allows me to review the booking request and it can be tricky to get the information pulled up on my mobile browser sometimes. Additionally, I have found that I cannot rely on the message-to-text capability. I have regularly received inquiries or messages from guests that do not show up as a text message on my phone while others do. It would provide a much better experience if this were more consistent.

USThe INSTAmatch feature is fantastic The INSTAmatch feature is fantastic. It notifies me when someone is searching for a rental and matches us up. Outdoorsy is one of the easiest platforms to list my RV for rent.
