GBI love renting both my 2022 Mallard and my Greywolf, 2024 with outdoorsy!!! I love renting my two rvs in this platform we are located in Kissimmee / Orlando location and I rent out a Mallard 2022 and a Greywolf, 2024 they make renting with them so easy and the customers I have met are always so polite and returning customers. GBMy RV was damaged by a renter My RV was damaged by a renter, and I am currently waiting on Outdoorsy to accept the accrued costs because my RV is losing value every day. It has been a really horrible process. This is totally unsatisfactory because I was informed that I have to wait for the renter's primary insurance company to reject the claim before they will take it up. I am currently waiting for their response and dealing with daily loss. Very dissatisfied with Outdoorsy's handling of this situation.
