Love the portability Love the portability! It is a great addition to our trailer rv when we are on long trips. Easy to charge and keeps correct temp when plugged into our truck. The two wire baskets are so nice that my wife can handle the weight. We load the frig into the truck, plug it in and then bring out the two baskets. Wonderful

So far I have added several BougeRV products to my 2000 Winnebago Rialta. Flexible fiberglass solar panels. 30 Amp MPPT charge controller. Assorted solar cables and connector tools. BougeRV technical support has answered all the questions I had or escalated to their engineering group if they were not sure of an answer. Answers were clear and on target. Next I am looking forward to the release of the ED series duel zone Refrigerator Freezer. Update: I received the BougeRV ED55 refrigerator freezer! Shipping started several weeks before expected. The ED55 is very well constructed with good fit and finish. It comes with everything you need for 12/24 vdcor AC operation. There is an optional battery pack as well. Cool down is very fast and it draws very little power (60 watts max) With two compartments that can be either refrigerated or frozen it is a dream come true for travelers.

Non-Existent Customer Support *********Update: After my negative review, I received an email from Trust Pilot stating that BougeRV flagged my review and that if I don't provide them with my personal information, that even a bank would not ask for, they will delete my review in 3 days. BougeRV claims they're upgrading their phone systems and suggests trying again in 1-2 weeks. Numerous negative reviews on major retail platforms have highlighted ongoing issues with their phone lines for years. Despite multiple attempts to contact them via several emails and through Facebook Messenger, I have received no response. They only responded to this negative review and has directed Trust Pilot to remove it. Should this review get deleted, I will make sure to share it across all social media platforms.************* I purchased a BougeRV cooler and went to register my product on their site to receive the extra 1 year warranty in addition to the 2 year warranty. When I enter my order number it says "ORDER NOT FOUND". Phone number they provide in their instruction manual is a joke (408-429-4149). When you call, it either says "the Google-Fi customer is not subscribed" or it's complete silence. No ringing, nothing. If I have to go to TrustPilot to try to get the company's attention for something like this, imagine if my cooler goes bad what I have to go through. Non-existent customer support. It's concerning to note that the responses from Bougerv.com on Trustpilot appear to be generated by AI rather than written by human representatives. This practice raises questions about the authenticity and sincerity of the company's engagement with customers. Look at their 1 star reviews.
