Double over queen bunk beds I ordered 2 double over queen bunk beds. The product was shipped per the original schedule... but I received 2 queen over queens that would not fit in my bunk house. After some discussion of options...I returned both beds and received a full refund with absolutely no hassle... which I really appreciated! Hence the rating

5' log swing I ordered the 5' log swing. The item came in the expected timeframe and was fairly easy to assemble. I was able to put it together by myself with no help. The swing is beautiful but more important extremely comfortable! The seat is beautifully contoured and fits 3 adults comfortably. I can't say enough about the craftsmanship as well as the excellent customer service. I hardly by any larger ticket items without reading several reviews. This company came highly recommended by many, and now myself included.

Bait & Switch? I ordered the Moon Valley Rutic Tete-a-Tete Yard Swing from Outdoorsiness which was listed for $657. One week later, after not receiving an order confirmation, I contacted Outdoorsiness via Live Chat and was notified that my order was cancelled because I did not confirm a shipping date. The representative claimed that they attempted to contact me via email which surprised me as I am diligent in checking my email. I then verified that they had my correct email address which they did. When I requested that my order be reinstated I was told that I would have to place a new order, oh and by the way, the price has since gone up to $819.99, an increase of $162.99. I have since ordered a swing from another company which appears to be more trustworthy and so far communication with them has been positive.
