Customer support is genuine. Products work great through rain and shine. Customer service is really thoughtful. Called me and explained how my purchases items would arrive to clear up and confusion/concerns before they arose. Also, one of the associates offered help via phone with equipment if needed during set up. Wasn’t needed though. Will definitely recommend to friends/family that are looking for a fresh adventure ahhh get it.

FreshAdventure is great! FreshAdventure is great! I have purchased several EcoFlow products and I am very pleased. The last item I purchased would not work with my current setup. Although I requested a refund well after the return period of 30 days, I was able to return the product for a substantial refund. Thanks to Jonas and the entire team for their assistance as I try to go solar.
