Although I requested a refund well after the return period of 30 days, I was able to return the product for a substantial refund. Serious company that cares I'd like to start by saying that I'm glad that I found this company while searching for camping and emergency equipment. I live on a location that many times shipping is either impossible or really expensive. At first, I tried placing an order with them but it failed because of my address (totally normal experience for me), so I just exited the website and kept on looking with no success. A day later I'm contacted by the company and they offered me some options to help me out complete my purchase and ship their items to my home. I reached an agreement and fulfilled my order with them. They called me again to follow up on my order and tell me that it was being prepared and shipped soon (and it was). I received the order a few days later, professionally packed and everything was perfect. I would recommend this company to anyone interested.
