Although I requested a refund well after the return period of 30 days, I was able to return the product for a substantial refund. Thanks to Jonas and the entire team for their assistance as I try to go solar.

Increased Price after Reaching Out. Then lied. Update: The company told Trustpilot my review is fake... Luckily I took screenshots and sent them to Trustpilot. Goes to show how big of a scam this company is. There is a chat prompt that says to ask for a discount. I reached out for an Ecoflow 110w solar panel. After reaching out, Jonas increased the price by $40 lol... Then he claimed it was due to his colleague. It's pretty clear he is the owner and has no colleagues. Sad to see a small business like this acting shady. TrustPilot does not allow pictures but I do have screenshots of the chat.
