GBGreat versatile tent. I just started getting back into camping more and wanted to get into hot tent camping but backpacking too. I'm not looking to winter camp but Spring and Fall camping. I also like to camp in the summer. The tent is lite enough for me to backpack with but i love the stove area for storage in the summer and my favorite thing is the door opening to a canopy. It makes a great little front Poarch that i can sit and enjoy some reading and coffee sitting in a foldable chair. I have used the tent about 4 times now and it seems durable enough even in the rain. I am 6'1" so siting up in the tent can be annoying as it can really only sit in the center at the peak well. But i can lay down no problem. My only wish is that when the canopy is closed, I wish the bottom zipped up as a draft does work its way in there. I bought the Stovehut 70 2.0 version, but i could see maybe getting the ultra lite version at a later time. Unless Pomoly comes out with a curved ceiling version of this where i can have the same size canopy.

DEShopping experience - Dweller Max 3 I got the Dweller 3Max. Nothing to complaint. I must say in DE is nothing what compares to its quality. I not sure though if this stove carries all EU certificates but trust that US cares about their customer too. The customer service has been responsive and friendly. The order has been shipped within a few days post payment. One star deduction, because I had expected more proactive comms in regards to payment received etc. I think we are spoiled from amazon shopping experience. But Pomoly has earned my trust so far. If they would improve their reaction in case for product question even better, but still a lot room as product related question remain unanswered.

GBHUSSAR TENT Great tent, excellent stove. The tents been great. The stove is everything I thought. Except for the the cheap paper case that tore up. Customer service will be the one area I’ve had zero support from though. I’ve reached out to customer service twice with a specific question, and both times they never responded. For me customer service is the most important part of any company’s branding. End of story. No customer representative backing their product up says volumes to me and my hard earned money. That that reason I will not shop with Pomoly moving forward. I’ll continue to enjoy the tent and stove for their remaining life span. But will shop with customer service based company next time.

CACancelling an order. Having difficulty with responses from your customer support team of cancelling an order, is there another method other than a ticket or by email ....a phone number contact that I can use?

CAGood winter tent, however, I had to give 4 stars... The quality of the material of the tent is the best of all tents that I've own. It is thick (a little bit on the heavy side) and the reflector works well. However, I had to cut 1 star as for the price, it should come with thinner guy lines (had to replace them with paracord), and aluminum stakes. Advice for those that are looking for a tent: just get a dome, stay away from cone shape as isn't much space to move inside
