Leo 2 and Traveller 3 Ordered a Leo 2 tent and not long after a traveller 3 stove to complete the setup. Great service and no additional costs on it arriving in the UK. Only used full the setup once, but all works well. No issues to report. Hot Tent. I purchased the Pomoly Octa tent about… I purchased the Pomoly Octa tent about a year ago and have slept in it 30+ nights. It has had zero issues and is holding up well. I also purchased the inner tent. Great product and great customer service!

Great versatile tent. I just started getting back into camping more and wanted to get into hot tent camping but backpacking too. I'm not looking to winter camp but Spring and Fall camping. I also like to camp in the summer. The tent is lite enough for me to backpack with but i love the stove area for storage in the summer and my favorite thing is the door opening to a canopy. It makes a great little front Poarch that i can sit and enjoy some reading and coffee sitting in a foldable chair. I have used the tent about 4 times now and it seems durable enough even in the rain. I am 6'1" so siting up in the tent can be annoying as it can really only sit in the center at the peak well. But i can lay down no problem. My only wish is that when the canopy is closed, I wish the bottom zipped up as a draft does work its way in there. I bought the Stovehut 70 2.0 version, but i could see maybe getting the ultra lite version at a later time. Unless Pomoly comes out with a curved ceiling version of this where i can have the same size canopy.

Pomoly products I’ve bought multiple products and have found them to be quality, well made products. I own the hex plus tent and inner, the lightweight hussar tent, the t brick max stove and then bought the solid titanium stove pipe. I had previously bought a thous winds? titanium stove from Ali express and although good, not the quality I got from pomoly. I have not found issues like those here previously, go to scotslasswildcamp to see videos of the hex plus tent.

Cancelling an order. Having difficulty with responses from your customer support team of cancelling an order, is there another method other than a ticket or by email ....a phone number contact that I can use?
