They recommended I upgrade to a bigger picture and more colors for it to look more realistic. I am very happy with the customer support. I can't wait to get my painting to start it.

Update: Finally received info on the shipment. Looks like it had already shipped I just wasn't updated on that. Bumped up to three stars for now and will try to update it once I get the product.

The suppliers are very responsive via email and tough it took a while to get to me in the UK, It’s great quality, comes packaged in a nice tube and I had enough paints to complete it. Will definitely buy another custom piece!
