Update: Finally received info on the shipment. Looks like it had already shipped I just wasn't updated on that. Bumped up to three stars for now and will try to update it once I get the product.

The suppliers are very responsive via email and tough it took a while to get to me in the UK, It’s great quality, comes packaged in a nice tube and I had enough paints to complete it. Will definitely buy another custom piece!

Amazing customer service! Amazing customer service! Very quick response to our order. My first photo was too small and it was requested I send an un-cropped picture instead. I like that a preview was sent before going to production as I was able to change the background a bit. I would definitely order again!

Custom from Aanabanana I ordered a custom for Aanabanana and have been very happy with their service, communication and the fast delivery. I am in Australia and it it took 4wks from order to delivery which in the middle of the pandemic is pretty fast. The canvas and paints were a dream to work with and I have just purchased 3 paintings from them. I will be purchasing another custom from them in the near future. Cheers

WONDERFUL! 1) GREAT customer service! I had a couple questions and got them ALL answered within 5 minutes. (The phone # wasn't working, but the "Live Chat" worked perfect.) 2) The paints are smooth and cover very well. 3) The paint brush is...OK. I'm an artist, so will probably use mine instead. 4) The custom design (using my own photo) looks WONDERFUL! So nice to be able to paint from one of my favorite photos. 5) Paint bins were full. I'll come back & leave another comment when I'm all done. I've only painted the swatch guide so far.
